There is a lot more that they could do with Survivor.. sortof like American Idol... they should take you from the start to the finish... not just from the middle to the end.

Please, no. We get enough of the damn show as it is! There's already been 5 different shows since the summer of 2000, their killing it do death.

Please, I am dying to know how you get cameras, audio equipment, and all this other electrical stuff to work under water.

A lovely idea! :-)

They already have a movie out about the first Survivor. Which is excellent, I might add. Even my boyfriend, who really did not want to watch it, was forced, and ended up laughing through the whole thing. Any spin-off, making of, reunion, or summary would make me happy!

yuck-im not a spinoff person. that keeps Survivor going away. the making of might take away some of the magic of it

I think spin-offs and stuff would be pretty cool. Then I would be able to see what goes on behind the scenes before I actually get on the show. Jeremy is the ULTIMATE SURVIVOR!!!!!

I would be interested to see how the contestants were picked and who was rejected.I have NO interest in seeing them after the show ends however.

It was fine when all these people were on the island but now that they're home we get to see them for the real-life idiots that they are...please no spin-offs!

I got a sneak peak of the Survivor book and some of the behind the scenes info was great!! I'm addicted to the show & would've loved to see more about the whole process. (Not that the game isn't fun)

The "Making of Survivor" -- yucko, leave that for the Lifetime channel !!!

There's no question that CBS is already hard at work on this. In addition to spin-off TV shows, I expect that in the next few weeks we'll start to see kids walking around with Survivor lunch boxes, "Rich the Naked Evil Gay Man" action figures, and Colleen-brand blow-up dolls. It's just a matter of time. So can a simple "Casting Special" be all that far behind? P.S. If you know where to get a Colleen-brand blow-up doll, contact me ASAP.

Casting specials, behind the scenes shows, reunion show...I can't get enough of that crap. It wouldn't take away from the Survivor property and would give the viewers what they want, more info and background on the castaways.

I think that introducing Spin-Offs would be better for CBS, but not for the viewers. These kinds of shows only serve one purpose - to allow the network to milk the popularity of a program for all it is worth. Creating spin-offs of a show which is already so over-hyped would result in a complete overload. I mean, how much do we really need to know about any of these people until we get sick of it all?

OH YEAH! And let me tell ya, I would watch them. I don't know why, but I am clearly addicted to this show, and would gladly sit through spin-offs..I would throw away an entire Saturday if they had a Survivor Marathon. I am not a loser, I may have to start attending Surviors Anonymous meetings though.
