Acer 1

I bought an ACER desktop model from CompUSA back on 11/2007, and to date the warranty issues with this unit continues past the warranty period. Do not even think about an ACER. They're customer service and repair is the worst I have ever experienced. NP, Dell, are all better at customer service and response. These guys in Texas really are the worst.
