It's funny how a hairstyle can make all the difference to someone's attractiveness. In the earlier series of Friends when CC had shorter/ish hair she was drop dead lovely. In the later series she had it long, had lost several pounds and frankly looked like a witch. Viz her acting ability i haven't seen her in anything else so cant comment.

I think she's beautiful and a great actress. She hasn't been in any kind of a deeper-meaning drama, and I think she should be. I bet she could win an oscar. She was the most believable and realistic on FRIENDS, and I think she's kind of underrated sometimes, which sucks, because she's amazing.

She's OK. I saw her a long time ago on a show called "Misfits of Science" when she played a juvenile delinquint telekinetic (17 years old in the show). I love to watch it when I'm feeling nostalgic. I was always into wierd shows like that. Saw her in Cocoon the Return, Scream series and Friends. I wish she would put on some weight, though. She looks anorexic.

I love Courteney! I remember her from Cocoon the Return. I watched the movie when I was a little girl and I absolutely loved her character. She was so cute. Then I got to watch her oldest show when she was 21 (can't remember the name in english, sorry) and she really impressed me! After that I watched all her movies. I loved the "Scream" trilogy because of her at first...and Friends that revealed to the world how talented and funny she is. I also saw "3000 miles to Graceland", she was great in it! She can play any character, she can play all the emotions she wants to play!

A completely underrated actress who deserves oh so much more. She is always second best to Jenny Aniston which pisses me off to no limit.

She is not the worst I've ever seen, but the only time I liked her work was in Scream. She is pleasant to look at I suppose. Her biggest problem is that she has what I like to call a "bitch-face". I would be willing to bet my mortgage that she is a supreme bitch off camera, just based upon the look in her eye. You know what I'm talking about; sorry to be vulgar about it but there is no other way to describe that look.

Pluses (+): She gave an exceptionally well performance in the "Scream" films and is hilarios on "Friends". Minuses (-): I've never seen her in any deep, dramatic roles which would show her range. [She is very beautiful, but that alone does not make you a good actress].

Her character on Friends is rather irritating at times because she is so anal. I like her film roles better; they don't make my skin crawl as much. When she married David Arquette she confused the hell out of me. If skinny chicks love weird jack asses then I'd always have a date.

Best part of Friends. She is so BEAUTIFUL.

She was such a cute li'l thang when Springsteen pulled her up out of the crowd in that DANCIN' IN THE DARK video ... but then she grew up looking anorexic and waspish, all sharp angles and no real acting technique. Occasionally effective in her high-strung neurotic mode on FRIENDS, but that's about the extent of her effective range.

Something of a cold fish, Courtney Cox-Arquette nevertheless has become an ok tv actress who occassionally appears on the big screen. The MooCow fails to see her moooving on up to the big time, cowever, as she simply lacks the talent that udder pretty stars have. Only seen her on Friends, in one Seinfeld episode and in a Bruce Springsteen video. Oh, she was on Family Ties back in the 80's for a bit. Not a great actress, but passable. Prettiest face I think I have ever seen, anywhere, thus the 4 star rating.

I think Courteney is a wonderful actress and shes so damn beautiful! And i cant believe you think she has anorexia! I mean if she did she would have been dead by now! I have watched Courteney for years on Friends and I think CCA has done so many different things on Friends. First fat Monica, best friend Monica, Richard's Monica,Chandler's Monica, Ross's sister and now wife Monica. I think CCA has had the largest range of acting on Friends and can not understand why she has not received the Emmy! I think she has been wonderful plus ahe is so pretty! I am a huge fan of Monica and Chandler and think their pairing was terrific. Now I hope there will be a little Bing in season eight or nine!

I really loved the way Courteney looked back in Season 1 of Friends, but she still looks incredible now. She's just breathtakingly beautiful, in a way that doesn't always come across on screen for some reason. And what a voice! I've noticed something though - if you take a look at a picture of her before she married David Arquette, she has a certain light behind her eyes that she doesn't have now. She's much too good for him, I'm just totally mystified as to why she's with him at all! Courteney, you're a beautiful woman - find yourself someone who's more your standard!

I hope people will think about how CCA or any of the "Friends" cast would feel if they saw that you said they were anorexic or didn't look good cuz of skinnyness or not skinnyness or whatever else. Gosh! I love Courteney Cox Arquette. On friends she is the best. I am sick and tired of hearing about Jennifer Aniston...Courteney has got her beat in TWO things. Courteney Cox Arquette is the BEST ever! *(as you can see from my Screen name thing)*! She is sooo pretty with short straight hair, and short long hair. I LOVE her in seasons 3-7 of FRIENDS. Although she wasn't THAT pretty in season's 1-3, she still was(and is) the best!
