You sing that damned "Grandma got run over by a reindeer" song around me and I won't be responsible for my actions.

My very first job was at Kmart. They started playing Christmas music the day after Halloween. I got so sick of chestnuts roasting on an open fire and other Christmas songs. Now it's not so bad. They only slightly burn my ears.

I cannot sing worth a damn! But I do enjoy hearing Vince Guaraldi's (of Linus and Lucy fame) jazzy Christmas pieces played on piano like 'O Tannenbaum'.

I like Holiday music. some of it is pretty good. we usually listen to some holiday music during that time of year. I be careful so it is not too much . some i would pass on like "grandma got run over by a reindeer" i have my favorites to listen to.

Holiday songs are always welcomed and enjoyed. After all, holidays are only once a year and the songs really help enjoy and identify with the spirit of the occasion.

I used to work in retail- at Christmas it was hell. The same Christmas songs, over, and over, and over again. And over. ... sleigh bells ring... :: shoots reindeer :: Now I know why grandma got run over by a reindeer.. she kept putting the same tape in the deck.

I was sick of most of them by age 13. That has been a few years back!
