The only one I'm interested in is the Doctor Who Christmas Special! "I'll I want for Christmas are some Cybermen, some Cyberman, some Cybermen!" (Guess who the villians are this Christmas)

Actually, I gotta check out the Jeff Dunham Christmas stuff I've heard about. Still, even the Star Wars Christmas Special licked unholy balls...

Hit and miss.

I'm not a big fan of television, and even less so at holiday time. I certainly won't make an appointment to watch it, unless its a ball game.

Most holiday specials are infantile garbage, and the few that aren't I can live without seeing. I have a DVD of the Charlie Brown Christmas, which I watch once a year, but thats about the extent of my interest.

A few are ok, but actually I think people can find more to do with their time than to sit around and watch reruns of reruns of reruns. Whatever happened to sitting around and having a good conversation with your family or friends?

depends on which ones they are. some are a nice tradition like The Grinch who stole Christmas and Charlie brown Christmas. we have many Christmas themed movies we like to see. some of the holiday shows they have come up with over the years have been awful.like those cheap animated rip offs of the good ones. as a kid in the 60s i rather liked seeing the Andy WilliamsChristmas specials even Bob hope and Bing Crosby just nice memories i guess. I do not think these type of shows would hold up today but they were nice back then. guess it just depends on which Holiday special they are trying to show.

They still have these? I remember crying as a young child when Frosty melted. I need to sue someone. Any lawyers in the house?

I suppose we have made some progress in this area...no Debbie Boone christmas special in a number of years
