I was surprised with how easy my move went.
Rep from the moving experts was talking to my wife about our move from Chicago to California. she took care of all the changes that we did during that time. the gentlemen from elite that moved us were professional and fast. they worked hard, loaded everything on the semi that delivered in California within 6 days - that even more surprised me as on the paper work they put 14 days and I would be out of the country if that would take that long. all my furniture is in a good condition no damages. very successful move.

I Would use The Moving Experts again.

I decided to use this company based on the reviews i read on this site and was not disappointed with the service i received.
The movers showed up in my house on time and called 30 minutes prior to their arrival - just as i was promised by the yang lady that called to confirm the pick up time day before. I had to sign all the moving documents and at the time i was informed about a slight change in the price, caused mainly by me under estimating number of boxes and plastic tubs that i needed to move. After all this formality, the movers start wrapping my furniture with moving pads and loading it on the truck. I did ask the movers if they know when will i receive my delivery but they told me that i will receive a call from the delivery department when this information will become available. 3 days later i did receive call from the yang lady, the same lady that did speak with me before the pick up, and she told me that the shipment is in rout and i should be getting another call from the driver within next 3 to 5 days with the exact delivery time. The driver did call me and scheduled the delivery time for the next day. The delivering crew arrived within the given window, i signed on all the paper work, made a payment and watched them unloading my stuff. After all the things were in the house the guys removed the moving pads and took it back to the truck. My only problem was that there was 1 box missing, when i told movers about it they told me to note this on the paper work and to call the office. I did call and spoke with a man that promised that will check in the storage for it and will get back to me. Few days later i received a call from him and he did advise that indeed the box was found and that it is already was dropped in the fedex station and he even had the tracking number ready for me. With that found box, the service that i received from moving experts was good and over all i am very pleased with the outcome of this move and would use this company in the future.

I had an awesome experience with this company. My friend initially recommended them, she said that she did not have any issues in her last move to New York.
My move was smooth, everyone, including the movers were timely, professional, fast and efficient.

Going with The Moving Experts resulted in the WORST moving experience of my life! And I have moved a lot. The problems started with the fact that the sales rep clearly would say whatever he thought I wanted to hear in order for me to go with them. When I mentioned my hesitation with going with a broker he told me my move would be done by their guys coming from Chicago. Part of our arrangement was that they were going to be storing my items at their facility, which he informed me would be in Denver. I also had to give a 3 day window (Friday-Sunday) for the move, but he said they'd arrive on my preferred day, Saturday. And don't get me started on the miscommunication about the cost of the move! I was told that my inventory list was below the minimum amount, so as long as I didn't add anything huge like a bed, the quoted price wouldn't change. So what actually happened: The movers ended up arriving Friday morning, so I was completely unprepared. The movers were, of course, a brokered company. The men drove in from Maine, not Chicago. They had no idea where my items were going to be stored (I still don't know where they are, 2 months later), and the move ended up costing me close to $1000 more than quoted! I got charged extra for every tiny box that wasn't on the original list. PLUS, since I wasn't prepared, I had to buy extra moving supplies from the company, and pay to have them pack them, which added close to $600 to the cost of the move. When I called The Moving Experts while the movers were there to discuss the change in price the sales rep was VERY unprofessional, defensive, and basically said, "I never said that," constantly. I then spoke to the manager, who was nicer, but did nothing to improve the situation. I then sent a follow up email voicing my concerns for how they were running their company and I got no response. The bottom line, DON'T use them, and be sure to get everything in writing! Plus I have to say, anytime a moving company gets a perfect score on a review, I think it's safe to assume they posted the review themselves.

After narrowing my choices down to two moving companies I chose The Moving Experts, Inc. for my move from Iowa to Washington. Both in Iowa and in Washington the movers who arrived were very professional and thorough. I was very pleased with the entire process, The Moving Experts, Inc. runs an excellent operation.

The movers showed up on time, they were fast & competent with moivng my heaving load it. they were very kind and helpful with putting stuff together and organizing my belongins in the right rooms. Highly rocommend them.
