Seems like he happens to appear in every movie lol. A talented actor, good at playing the role of the bad guy, as well as comedy roles.

He is so creepy, ITS AWESOME!

I'm sorry, but I have nothing good to say about him.

Walken is outstanding in his more comical roles, but I'm not a big fan of his more serious roles.

Another favorite of mine. Yes he is a little stereotyped but you have to admit...he has the creepy guy down...and having watched him on SNL..he can be funny as well.

...so he hid it, in the one place he knew he could hide something: his ass. Five long years, he wore this watch up his ass. Then when he died of dysentery, he gave me the watch. I hid this uncomfortable piece of metal up my ass for two years. Then, after seven years, I was sent home to my family. And now, little man, I give the watch to you.

Sheer genius- probably in the top 10, male or female, in Hollywood history.

A few loose screws maybe but a definite "A-list" actor.

No one, I mean no one, could do a more insidiously amoral and inquisitive Archangel Gabriel--forgot the name of the movie, but he dwarfed all the other characters, even the talented Viggo Mortensen as Satan hisseff.

Christopher Walken is a five star actor with an incredible range. I first saw Walken in "A View to a Kill" but soon realized that every role he has appeared in is a defining work of art. It's incredible how Christopher actually transforms himself into the persona of the character roles he plays. His rare chameleon talent is what makes him so entertaining and enjoyable to watch. He's a true master of the performing art!

Strange as a football bat. But he's a good actor!!

I still think of just a few things with Walken. The video "Weapon of Choice" where he dances around that building, the infamous Pulp Fiction line "So I hid it in my ass," and the cowbell skit from SNL.

What's not to like about Walken? He's a little strange, and that's what makes him great. He's strange in a good way- watching him makes you want to go to a coffee house and snap- not clap, snap- after someone recites a poem about the ozone layer. He's just that good.

To me, Walken has been in some magnificent roles over the years, but he seems content to fall-back on his patented "disturbed and/or psychotic" routine, which is sad, because when he's good, he's truly a great actor. Maybe he just doesn't have all that much range.

Fabulous in every role he's had. From vile to comedic, his talents can only be described as art. Maybe not the most handsome of actors, but he doesn't need to be.

Walken is one of the best actors, period. Incredible expressions and ability to fit his roles/characters. One of the best actors to play 'the bad man' or 'psycho' roles in existence!

HE always plays a great bad guy, that voice is just well known.

A bit of a stereotype of himself now.

He is great in slightly cracked and off-kilter roles. Now and again he is into comedy with good effect. Many films are recommended below, but I recommend "The Dogs of War," from 1981. He plays Jamie Shannon who sets up a mercenary takeover of a small African country. This flick really shows Walken at his best, in my opinion.

I think Chrisopher Walken is soo cool. I love his way of acting. I love watching him be interviewed. he is way cool

One of the few actors that I can think of that gets paid well to play the same creepy type of characters. He can be terrifying! Would love to see him play in something out of his norm. Remembered him as a kid in the Anderson Tapes.

Oh wow! Christopher Walken is so cool! He is such an intense actor. Perhaps his greatest role was in 'The Deer Hunter'. But he was just as memorable as the 'Continental' on Saturday Night Live. Simply, Walken is a toast of 'champagna'!

I love this guy. He has such a unique personality and plays such interesting characters.

2 words-DEER HUNTER

Pretty good actor, but his face is kinda scary.

I hear he likes to wear watches....in interesting places. Great supporting actor.

The only actor to win an Oscar for portraying a Bond villain (Max Zorin in A View to a Kill). Portrays neurotic villains superbly, and if you pay close attention he has a rathre peculiar speech pattern. Cool as hell.

He's awesome. Very convincing as an actor and multi-talented. Hard to believe his age during the making of Weapon of Choice (the guy can move!).

very versatile actor. I have seen him in all sorts of roles. to the dramatic, scary , and comedic roles. He is good in all of them. He can dance pretty good too. He has been around for years and I think he will be around for a lot more.

Uttered the coolest line in SNL history: I got a fev-ah, and the only prescription is more cowbell!. 5 stars as a personality but probably 4 stars as an actor as he is a good actor but never really blew me away.

The most compelling bad guy ever in the movies. He is ice and menace and control. Such force. I adore his stuff. I hope he never does Cinderella or My Fair Lady. Just let him kill people or eat them alive. God what menace!

He was cool in Sleepy Hollow because he was with Johnny Depp and I like him in the Fatboy Slim video. it was a great contrast to his usual seriousness.

I love this guy. He can play anyone and make it interesting. Also, better at very lengthy dialog than anyone else.

The highlights of both Pulp Fiction and True Romance, movies which I love for many other reasons besides, both involve cameo appearences by Christopher Walken. These are two great movies indeed, and if my principal memories of them revolve around this man than he must be an icon.

If you wanna see a telented guy read cue cards, watch him on SNL. Otherwise, he's awesome!

Christopher Walken has a unique charisma that makes it impossible to take your eyes off of him while he's on screen. He has an amazing screen presence. Thinking of Christopher Walken, several memoriable roles come to mind: Deer Hunter, Dogs of War and Suicide Kings. Less-known, but equally provocative roles include Nick of Time and Batman Returns (and most recently a limited role in Catch Me If You Can). Walken is a very versatile action as well, playing several comedic roles throughout his career (Wayne's World, Joe Dirt). Of course, nothing competes with Christopher Walken's amazing demeanor on Saturday Night Live. He has such a natural charm, and he is arguably one of the greatest SNL guest hosts of all time. In the final analysis, Christopher Walken is a very talented actor with amazing depth and range, and it is clear that we have not seen the last of him.

Christopher is HOT! I love everything he plays in no matter what it is. He could just stand there and do nothing and still make me breath heavy :-)He's living proof you don't have to be 20 years old to be incredibly sexy :-) He's just plain cool.

The Dead Zone movie came on one day and Chris Walken was entrancing. I had avoided watching The Deer Hunter because I knew it would be disturbing to me, and it was, but after The Dead Zone, I had to see Walken in the other. Walken's performance in it was disturbing as I anticipated, but he was also riviting and thrilling too. He's a triple threat entertainer - dancer, singer - who was beautiful looking in his youth and now has a haunting beauty.

Christopher Walken is one-of-a-kind. He can play any kind of character with a ton of charisma, and is always believable. He never limits his capabilities. From evil Brad Whitewood Sr. in "At Close Range", to romantic Vanni Corso in "A Business Affair", to SNL, He has a rare, contagious charm & sense of humor that we need in this world. He loves his fans, and he loves his work. It is very admirable to me that he chooses the roles that he wants, rather than based on how much money it's bound to make. Walken has been in show business since he was a small child, and he's been on Broadway for a number of years. He's pure talent, THE best actor in history, period. Watching the man is an incredibly euphoric experience.

Another great actor who has become somewhat typecast as the creepy guy.He has done an impressive overall body of work.He is one of a few actors I'll go see plot unknown if he is in it.

Here is an amazing actor. He can play Ikanbod Crane, to the weird dad on Blast From the Past. He is very versatile and I really enjoy watching his movies.

Probably the coolest actor alive today. Seriously, if anyone else who is really cool stands too close to Walken, the coolness critical mass may be reached and like, annihilate the universe. He has perfected the art of deadpan comedy as well as serious acting, and is a terrific dancer to boot. No one else can be so funny while hinting at extreme violence, except maybe for Steve Buscemi (who, according to the above rule, can never be in the same building as CW). Ironically, his least cool moment is probably the Fatboy Slim video, but it is still light years cooler than anything else that bloated limey has ever done. His presence improves any movie or TV show. I wish I were him, and would gladly age the thirty or so years if I could.

I love Chris Walken. He is an excellent actor, who deserves more praise, and more leading roles than he gets. Some of my favorites are Deer Hunter, Dead Zone and Brainstorm. I also enjoyed his off Broadway performances years back, in Hurlyburly and Cinders. And of course, his comedic talent shines on SNL. Also...love his dancing in the Fat Boy Slim video!
