As a constitutional scholar, he's very aware of the First Amendment, and I trust him to abide by it. It's not something either party should advocate. Let the free market govern people's choices. I concede there's an argument to be made for the Supreme Court's allowing of this restriction (only) when people's choices are very limited, but I think we're better off sticking completely with the First Amendment without restrictions.

Wait and see. He's on record as opposing it, and despite what the Pelosi wing of the party wants, if he he defies them, he wouldn't be the first President to spit the bit.

I can believe we're going to see lots more of this sort of paranoid nonsense.
Obama has already said he's against reinstating the 'Fairness Doctrine", so unless one is convinced everything Obama said is a lie, he's not likely planning to 'sign' it.
He's probably not going to paint the White House black either.

I cannot believe that anyone, regardless of political beliefs, could favor this piece of unconstituional toilet paper. I say again, so much for freedom of speech.
