Technically speaking, the VP isn't part of the cabinet.

However, he is a good choice. Not my first, but probably was the best one to get elected.

God, those hair plugs.  Seriously, I think every review I made on Biden has mentioned his hair plugs.  Anyway, this guy is a complete moron, and I think he might give Dan Quayle a run for his money:  'Barack America?'
