I Opened my booth 5 days ago and my stats are still zero. On ebay I would have had aleast 50. I dont know if I should be paying for the advertising or not

Bonanzle is a great place if you have hours to spend being social in the forums. If you are first and foremost an online seller with no time to play games and chit chat, your sales at Bonanzle will be minimal at best.

Bonanzle has an easy to use format (for sellers). I've 'tested' the anonymous buyer method, and it's difficult at best. It doesn't recognize most country codes so if you are hoping to sell internationally, your customer base may be hitting errors as they try to purchase from you. It doesn't even recognize APO addresses - simply says it doesn't recognize that code, contact support for help. Yeah, anon_buyers will waste their time doing that instead of going to another, more 'customer friendly' venue.

The final value fees are ok (I do like the free listings though) but if you sell low cost items, that fee can really cut into your profits.

All in all, Bonanzle is ok. The powers that be over there refuse to pay for any major advertising, instead telling the sellers to do their own advertising/networking/marketing. Until they are willing to put some money into advertising, I think Bonanzle will pretty much sit where it is, a great place for sellers to buy from each other. But not an international marketplace like eBay used to be in the good old days.

I have been listing on Bonanzle for a few months now, and have had a few sales, and bought several items.

I have found both the buying and selling processes to be quick and easy.

Customer support is second to NONE, with prompt responses from the OWNERS; responses which actually answer the question you asked - not canned crap that tells you to clear your cache and cookies and ignores your question.

The community forums have lots of sellers helping sellers, as well as chit chat for those so inclined.

Sales are growing all the time. Very friendly community focused on helping people. Don't get the wrong idea, even though you can socialize on the site it's main focus is selling and sales have been great.

as a mom who has to bring income for 4 { 3 teens and hubby he is disabled} these is the great way to bring real money.

This was my first time shopping Bonanzle. The process for signing up and ordering is fairly average. The same as you would find at most online sites.

The problem I had was that the notes I typed to the seller did not go through and I ended up with an entirely different product than I ordered. When contacting the seller, I was told I would need to reship the product back at my own expense and then pay for reshipping of the correct item. And the seller was covered because she had a copy of the notes section on my order, which uploaded blank.

Supremely easy to navigate and the people who are buying and selling there have a positive attitude. It's growing by leaps and bounds on a daily basis. Shopping there is great fun. I find it so easy to use and I just felt close to the community right away on this site.
