I like Fabio. He is a tad bit cocky, but seems to back things up with some decent talent. I think he is playing the game well by not straying too far from the Italian fare that he knows so well. Many contestants seem to get into trouble when they try to do something they aren't familiar with. However, he seems to have a pretty good grasp of what he is capable of. He is not immune to mistakes though, as he proved when he overcooked the venison in his Green Bay challenge.

like stefan, he can get kinda arrogant.

He thinks he can cook because of where he is from, But he doesn't seem to be winning all that much

Again, impressed with cooking skills. He will be one to watch.
