Update: I didn't have a problem with Hosea winning. His bitching about Stefan was pretty annoying, but I liked his style of cooking. Everything he prepared for the final challenge seemed like something I would love to eat. I think he was a bit of a surprise winner, but he was worthy in my mind.

2/4/2009 - He didn't impress me much early on, but his talent has come out as the season goes on. He has a little bit of a inferiority complex with some of the other male chefs, but seems to stay pretty focused when its time to cook.

He is quiet but he can cook, he always suprises me.
