Stefan didn't seem to perform too well during the final in New Orleans. It seemed that Hosea, who eventually won the show, took things a lot more seriously than Stefan did. I prefer Hosea's more American style, and wasn't disappointed that Stefan was the runner up.

2/4/2009 - Stefan is a bit of a dick, but the guy obviously has great cooking skills. He seems to have done well on almost all challenges, with maybe some weakness shown towards more American dishes. His better than thou attitude won't make him a lot of friends, but it is a skill that would help make him a great head chef in a restaurant kitchen.

i like alot of stefan's stuff but he can be arrogant!
