I'd rate this one just a tad higher than Sucks. One more, "Now what have you done, Father?" and I'd drop it a notch. Not a bad effort, with some lofty names to prop things up. There was one sequence that was masterfully executed...the one where Clint is sitting in the closet watching the violence unfold. Timing doesn't get any better than that...3.25

One of those movies I was rooting for- I can be a sucker for political intrigue. . .but the story gets to be a little implausible. Eastwood's work here is okay, but this film pales in the shadow of his better efforts.
