I'd love to see it again, I probably saw it 25 or 30 years ago, but I remember it being a fairly entertaining espionage potboiler. Eastwood plays a retired operative who is forced back into duty to root-out and do-in an enemy agent who is among a small group on a climbing expedition. Throughout the expedition his suspicions waver back and forth between his climbing party and it plays on the notion that climbers require extreme levels of trust among one another in order to stay alive. Like a lot of Eastwood's 70's flicks (I'm especially thinking of the Dirty Harry flicks), I suspect it has aged badly, but also like those films it is probably a good time capsule of the era.
