She was one the Food Network this morning... Yea she's in her 50's... so WHAT? I'd do her... my wife agrees... she would TOO.

Christie Brinkley is fabulous at any age. Pretty women never find good men. Although I am certain love she married for love many times (except Taubin-yuck, she was obviously stressed to make that error), as did the men. As for the way she has raised her kids, she has been a terrific mom, and unless you are some born-again republican that pretends you never had a past, you would of course judge her incorrectly. Live and let live---you are not in her shoes.

I won't comment on her physical appearance. Come one. The woman is 54; she's not going to look 20. What grosses me out about her is how she has treated her kids. For years she gave interviews where she said that she was disappointed at Alexa's appearance. I can only imagine what that did to the girl but it must have been bad because Alex left to live in NYC BY HERSELF when she was a young teenager. Christie took Jack Paris, her son away from his father Richard Taubman, and took away all his rights. She said he hadn't treated her well during her pregnancy, so...Then she had her new husband adopt him. Christie has been lying about her age for many years. Big deal, right? Actually, it is a big deal. Lots of older woman cite her as proof that older woman can have healthy pregnancies. Well some will, and some won't. But Brinkley almost died having her daughter, Sailor. She was simply too old and her blood pressure dropped, she fell off the delivery table and almost died. Her husband is much younger than her. Christie likes to say she has the best marriage. But I have a friend whose husband did gardening for them for a summer and he says there is a lot of tension in the house all the time. According to many reports, she also tried to kill some farm animals that were living nearby. Frankly, I'm relieved for Alexa. Poor Sailor and Jack, though.

Pretty much agree with the last poster. While it is tempting to give Brinkley two stars on the basis of her past glories, she has gone downhill so fast with such little dignity and so much bad grace that one star is the only sensible score that can be given. However am happy to acknowledge that she was once quite hot.

I think bestmommy2005 is Christie Brinkley. I've heard it all before. What BS. She's had a ton of plastic surgery in past 10 years. She is unkind and cheap to any service people (and to her that term is defined as anyone who is not a politician or celeb). Her ass is flat and wide. After 3 kids, her breasts were down to her waist (again fixed by the surgeon's hand and some strategically placed surgical tape). Her political activism is self serving. And if you think for one second that she takes care of her kids without a myriad of nannies and housekeepers and au pairs, you are a sucker to the media hype her publicist spews out. Lastly, her teeth have been worked on ad nauseum, and her hair has been brown since she was a teenager (and gray now). So all you fools with your tongue hanging out, remember that Christie Brinkley is old. The air brushed version you see is not what her old man gets to see. And the air brushed version you saw 20 years ago wasn't reality either. Just want to set the record straight. I should know.

She was breathtaking when I was seventeen. She looks even better now. If you're one of the slammers, your're either blind, immature, or are fixated on large un-natural breasts. She is still a ten!

Please someone tell me that the lady identified as Christie Brinkley in a mag the other day wasnt the same lady grown men lost their senses over in the 70s and 80s. Oh dear oh dear.

One of my favorite supermodels of all time. She looks younger than she looks and she's certainly a staunch environmentalist. Plus, she's HOT!

Christie Brinkley is a timeless beauty. She maintained the longest running Cover Girl contract (26 years) and graced more than 500 magazine covers, including three consectutive years on SI swimsuit edition. She has the good sense to realize that she's out of the modeling limelight and has moved onto other things. So why are people bashing her and poking fun? How many bashers here look as good at 30 or 40 as Christie does at 51? And how many of you can boast of a 30 year modeling career, followed by a environmental/nuclear activist role? Dried up and has been? Hardly. Your jibes sound more like sour grapes.

I've never quite understood the thing about Christie Brinkley. Pretty face and the butt isn't to bad at all, I'll say that. She's a little to lanky for my taste, and not much up top. Don't get me wrong, if she came knocking on my door I certainly wouldn't have a problem inviting her in, but compared to other models I just don't get what the big deal is.

Swimsuit legend, I've seen pictures of her from the '70s and '80s, she was so damn hot, I'm surprised she wasn't on the cover every year.

Christie Brinkley looks better at 50 than most do at 30. Instead of resting on the laurels of her glory days, she's become an activist against nuclear waste, addressed congress, hosted and sponsered gatherings for world dignitaries and other political functions, and has proven herself to be an intelligent and well spoken woman. Anyone who calls Christie Brinkley a has been, obviously doesnt' read the papers. Anyone who pokes fun at her wrinkles, obviously doesn't understand the aging process. If I look half as good as she does at 50 and accomplished an ounce of what she has accomplished, I can say I've done well.

How does one rate these stunning women? I assume we are rating them against a higher standard, namely compared to each other. Under that standard, Christie Brinkley ranks in the middle of my personal list (as frankly there is no objectivity on this type of list). She is very attractive (as all models are), but I do not think that there is anything special about her. She is not really sultry, and I can imagine actually meeting someone like her in real life. In fact, I once dated someone that looked somewhat like Christie (though not nearly as tall). Christie certainly has aged well though. Christie Brinkley was born on February 2, 1954 in Malibu, California.

I think Christie is hot.She has a gorgeous face and body.

She's a natural beauty. She has been around too long. Reminds me of a girlfriend I dumped just because I got tired of her.

Come on; she's 50 years old and still trying desperately to peddle her pinups. She has three different children, from THREE different men. She's still trying to look like the Britney Spears crowd. It's ridiculous and pathetic. Why can't she just age gracefully. I mean, she had her day! She could be a poster child for middle age crisis.

She is INCREDIBLE...loved her in NATL LAMPOONS VACATION and driving the ferrari...she is so HOT...what was Billy Joel thinking of letting her leave....man, I would love to come home from work and work her.

I associate Christie with my adolesence. I grew up comparing the girls around me to Christie because, to me then, she was the ultimate. Consequently, I did not date much throughout junior high and high shool.
