11/24/2005 | Chocolate and Mint. Once again - so simple a combination yet so delicious. I'd like to try a milk chocolate version of it however it might turn out too sweet as yorks are already very sweet. I like that the peppermint is almost gooey yet not runny and the peppermint taste stays strong even though its pretty sweet.

08/23/2005 | The York Peppermint pattie is only decent once in a great while, it's not really one of my favorites. For me it lacks substance and texture. I prefer an Andies Mint instead, but If you love Chocolate and mint, this would probably be right for you.

08/11/2005 | THIS IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE CANDY!!! I love York Peppermint Patties so much, for their delicious and sweet taste that combines mint and chocolate. The mint is not too minty and the chocolate that coats the mint is just the right amount. I do wish they came in a larger size, but they're delicious anyways! Anyone who loves mint and chocolate should try one! THEY'RE GREAT!!!!!!!!!!

10/29/2002 | the tastiest of the after dinner mints! delicious dark chocolate on the outside and cool white mint inside, and they're so soft. they just melt in your mouth when i bite into a york peppermint pattie, i get the sensation SIKE...but i do like 'em and i like that commercial where the little old bald guy says he's just glad he gets a sensation!!

03/25/2002 | A good mint taste with a tasty chocolate coating. this is another candy bar I like to put in the freezer.It has a pretty good peppermint taste just right for me not too strong of a peppermint taste.

12/18/2001 | These are the BEST! I always loved them but try to only treat myself to them once in awhile. To make that resolution harder for me to keep they now not only come in the original and mini size but also in the micro-minis in a bag. I bought one on my way out of Blockbuster one evening. Suffices to say not one of those little devils made it to the movie that night.

11/04/2001 | My mom used to bring home a peppermint pattie everytime she came home from the drug store, and I loved them. I once got a bag full of bite-size York peppermint patties, and it wasn't as tasty. I guess it's best to have one every once in a while so this candy stays golden.

04/10/2001 | A York Peppermint Pattie Candy is a surprisingly refreshing candy bar. It's one of the only good reasons to have chcolate in the summers, which may sound goofy, but if you take my good word for it, you will agree with me 100%. It cools you down, without during you into an ice cube....Happy Summer!

04/07/2001 | Just as Rolos are the perfect combination of caramel and chocolate, York Peppermint Patties are the perfect combination of mint and chocolate. A nice soft peppermint pattie, surrounded by dark chocolate--mmm, mmm, good! Goes well with anything except orange juice!

09/19/2000 | This is the known low fat candy that lets you enjoy the fact that you are eating candy but with relatively low calories and it is low in fat too. It doesn't have the same sweet qualities that, say a Milky Way has, but it still provides the candy appeal with a thin layer of chocolate covered over a mint pattie. The mint pattie is very sweet but the mint makes you think you are eating a breath mint instead of enjoying the candy aspect. It is still good and if you need to indulge, it is a good way to do it.
