I like the mars bar because its so creamy and I like the idea of the real chocolate coating.

I guess it depends on which Mars Bar we're talking about. I've never had the UK Mars Bar and since I don't really like Milky Ways I assume there would be no reason to try it. There was an American candy bar with the same name that had nougat, almonds, caramel and milk chocolate. They were great and I haven't been able to find them in years. I just looked it up and I didn't realize they stopped production in 2002. That's too bad. They would be one of the few candy bars I'd bother with.

The Mars bar is the Milky Way bar in America. The song by the Undertones gives the components of the candy bar and it describes a Milky Way. I've eaten the U.K. Mars bar and I can't detect any profound difference. It is really good!

I came to the US & didn't bring ant with me I wish I had No Mars Bars Anywhere its truly the end of the world for me...I like it with 2 or 3 HUGE glasses of milk cut into tiny piece's at around 3am! My life is sooooo sad!!!

Hey there guys! I am looking for a UK Mars Bar in the US. I recently moved to USA and am thinking about moving back because of the Mars bar. I dont want the Milky Way, I know it tastes the same but I have been eating mars bars for like 20 years and I am just not ready for a change. So if any of u know any shops where I can find the mars bar I would be very grateful. I live in the state of Georgia around the Atlanta area. Thanks guys!!

I have been craving a Mars Almond Bar (with the nougat inside) for months now and I can't find one anywhere!!!!! I'm going to go crazy if I don't get one! Would someone please tell me where I can get one? That's all I want is one, not a case, just one! Help!!

The American version was discontinued a few years ago and replaced with Snickers Almond.  The 5 star rating is for the American version of Mars. The British version is almost identical to our Milky Way (I have lived in both countries so know this from first hand experience). The British Milky Way is like our 3 Musketeers. Very confusing.

Mars are awesome! they're so dense and sweet and you dont get any kind of nuts stuck in your teeth just rich chocolate and barely noticeable caramel flavor in every bite. They're filling and would satisfy any craving for someting sweet or chocolatey. Mars and snickers aren't the same, real mars bars are hard to find in the states - the UK and Canada has the original, really good, ones.

I don't know if many people know this but there are two different Mars bars. There is the one you get in the USA and the one that is sold just about every where else. You can get them in the USA and they come in a black wrapper with red print. This is the one you want they are excellent. Rich milk choclate on the out side with a carmel inside, they are truely decadent.

Mars is way too sweet for my liking. It's OK though...

USA Mars bar is almost the same as a USA Milky way, will give a definate 5 for the one in the black wrapper and red writing, can get these in Canada, UK, Ireland.............

Too sweet and sticky. Milky Way and Snickers are better. Not bad when frozen.

i love your candy bar, it's my choice 9 times out of 10. the only thing i'm a little disgusted at it the commercial airing at this time. the ad with the guy making the noises while waiting for a massage. i think it's the worst commercial there is, i change the channel everytime it comes on, which is alot. please make a better commercial. thanks for listening

I don't know what is going on, but ever since the Snicker's Almond Bar came out, I have not been able to find a MARS bar anywhere. I am not sure if this is the MARS replacement, but they taste identical to me. Mars bars are ok, but I don't really care for almonds mixed with chocolate. I prefer peanuts.

I don't like Mars bars. They taste way too sickly sweet, like they're tickling my throat, and it is a really unpleasant sensation. I'm talking about the regular Mars bars here, not the fancy ones with almonds or dark chocolate. Regular Mars bars suck.

I like Mars bars. Good chocolate, barely there nougat and plenty of almonds. It's a little candy bar, though. They don't sell them where I live anymore--however, if I'm not mistaken, have they re-wrapped those things and selling them as Snickers Almond bars now? They sure taste a lot alike.

Mars is my 2nd favorite behind snickers. It has a smoother blend if you're not in to that indulgently rich chocolate taste. Great stuff.

I agree with the other comment - make them MUCH bigger!

Mars bars are a real satisfying candy bar in my opinion. I love the thick chocoate outside- you can even eat some of just that part when you want. And the stretchy yummy middle stuff is fun and delicious. And the main dense but fluffy light chocolaty stuff is great too. All those together make for a incredibly yummmy dessert!

I don't know why I used to like these candy bars. They're kind of tasteless. But I gave them a 3 because they're not what I would call "bad" or "terrible." They're just kind of there.

Much better than a Butterfingers. My Dad has such a Mars bars thing that we buy cases for him whenever we see them. There was a gas station in Connecticut that thought my sister was crazy, because she'd buy 20 Mars bars every time she came by...
