One of Phil Hartman's greatest characters. The man was a comic genius. He was taken from us too early.

Phil Hartman was great but Lionel Hutz is a better character. I think Hutz should be in the top ten instead of McClure, even though he did have some great lines.

Phil Hartman did a nice job providing the voice of Troy McClure, but it's too bad he's not around anymore. I remember how Troy McClure did a lot of things. He starred in a lot of shorts, he hosted a spi off showcase, and he even starred in a musical verison of Planet Of The Apes. Troy was a great character and I still watch the episodes he was in. Hilarious. "Hi, I'm Troy McClure, you may remember me from such medical films as 'Mommy, what's wrong with that man's face'" It is priceless in the meat video when he suggests to Jimmy that they go to take a look at the killing floor. Troy really assures little Jimmy: "Don't let the name throw you Jimmy. It's not really a floor, it's more of a steel grading that allows material to sluce through so it can be collected and exported."

Troy is ok but where is BLINKY?!?!
