- This office has problems keeping track of appointments. I set an appointment for Dec. 3 at 1:30, and 2 days later the same woman I set the appointment with told me it wasn't in the system. She told me she would take care of it. Later, I found out that the appointment was set for a different time that I couldn't be there.

- I would show up for appointments and be told my doctor wasn't there and to come back another day. (It's not easy to get a timely rescheduled appointment)

- I was told by someone in this office, a day ahead of time, that I could see the doctor the following day as a walk-in and that there shouldn't be any problem. When I got there, I was told I'd have to wait an hour. (After 2 hours of waiting), no one communicated with me that it would take any longer. I had another appointment I had to get to, and left without being seen.

- There were problems with referrals being faxed to specialists too. I would be on time for an appointment and be sent home without being seen because the office workers didn't fax the necessary paperwork in time.
