Very good but something mising

This pinnacle of undead, three-headed-monkey word-dueling goodness has the distinction of being the only adventure game I'm more than happy to just watch someone else play, just to see the animation, hear the music, and listen to the witty banter. (A pity that I can't say the same of its 3-D sequel.)

i'm not a huge fan of classic quest games because it got all those annoying riddles that force you to combine all kinds of items and i allways got stuck becaus the combinations are often very strange and sometimes seems very irrelevant at the time, but this game maneged to make it tolorable (maybe because it's a lucas arts quest, not sierra's). it got alot of varieted riddles and great gimmics and the preformence is great. i took one point off because it's still a classic type, and i got stuck a few times because of really annoying s**t.

Possibly the best adventure game out. Great graphics, beautiful music, an engaging plot, and wonderful voice acting all exist in this masterpiece. Lucas Art outdid themselves.

I liked the simplicity of the game. Very down to earth graphics and gameplay.

I like puzzle games so a cartoon version was awesome. The gameplay is fun and entertaining. I like the wit and humor as well. I am totally looking forward to a sequel.

I played the original Monkey Island and it was great! Just cheesy enough for late night gameplay. This sequel wasn't what I was expecting. It could have been a lot better.

The classic RPG of all time. I play this game over and over again, and I'll never get sick of it.

The game is very interesting in its content. If the company can improve the resolution of this game, I will buy it.

One of the greatest series of games. Curse of Monkey Island might not be as good as Monkey Isle II but it'll still make you laugh until milk comes out of your nose and give you the classic LucasArts adventure you are waiting for.

This game is part of a classic series! Monkey Island is one of the best and fun adventure games ever. Enjoyable and funny!

CMI is great. The graphics are superb, seamlessly integrated with the cutscenes. The dialogue is well-acted and very funny. The puzzles are challenging without being frustrating. BUY THIS.

The Curse of Monkey Island along with it's prequels-Secret of Monkey Island 1&2 are great games-enjoyable as well as mind challenging

Curse of Monkey Island is an excellent conclusion to the award-winning series filled with humor, great puzzles, and a host of favorite characters.
