12/09/2002 | A game that proved that good writing, gameplay, and unique eye candy can come together to make a truly fun experience. My hats off to Lucas for this one. It should have been released on the PS2, XBOX, or gamecube.

this game is amaizing, the story is very good and takes many twists and turns which makes it constantly interesting, it's got alot of movies which is something i like in every game, but the riddles are the best.
they're so varieted and unique that i never got bored during the game, and it was free of any annoying feature, and most importently it was allways clear what you need to do now unlike in some sierra games.

10/30/2000 | Lucasfilm can do no wrong. As with all their products, quality is the primary objective. After proving itself a competent adventure game producer- the success of the Monkey Island series as well as Sam & Max, they have begun a more challenging role in the marketplace- 3D. Grim Fandango has a 3rd person, alone in the dark feel with all the humor we have come to expect. Plot might be a little too linear for adept adventurers.

10/25/2000 | This was fun to play, just because of the imagination of the storyline. The puzzles were a bit too weird to solve without help though. I would have enjoyed it much more if they'd been a little less difficult.
