My review is based on the Jeopardy games produced by Infogrames (in case there is more than one version) produced by Infogrames several years ago. The game is very similar to the T.V. gameshow in every respect but so, so much more effort could have been put into the game by the software developers. There are very few options in the game menu. You can't really customize anything in the way of graphics, resolution settings, or sound. Some of the options include the abilities to customize "response time" (how much time you will be alotted to respond to a question posed to you by Alex Trebek), "opponents strength" (the skill level of your opponents) and so forth. There's a Jeopardy pre-qualifying test (which isn't necessary to take to play the game, thank goodness) which gives you an idea of the actual questions of the actual test to qualify for the gameshow in real life. And while the actual gameplay replicates Alex Trebek and his voice, and although there are thousands of questions (which means it will probably take a lot of hours playing it before you see the same question ever again)...so, so much more effort could've been put into the game. Instead its a barebones version, but acceptable at that.
