Extremely biased in the left wing, completely biased and dishonest. News should be neutral. I gave it 2 stars because I like the Calendar and the food section a lot.

The reporting in Times "news" articles is often subjective and biased...though not invariably pro-liberal. (They always manage, for instance, to make labor look bad.) And I really dislike seeing opinion columns published in the news section, under the guise of "analysis." The OC Register, by contrast, covers news in the news section and keeps opinion in the editorial pages. For whatever reason, too, the news articles are better-written I'm a Democrat, but I'm more and more favorably impressed with the "conservative" Register. As a teacher, I especially appreciate the fair and accurate reporting on education issues...though I don't agree with its editorial position on vouchers. And, of course, there's always the Internet.

One of the most one sided, leftist and liberal papers out there.

The LA Times is a rag of a newspaper. Biased reporting. LA deserves a better paper.

Used to be one of the best newspapers in the country when the Chandlers owned it. Slipped quietly and gradually into the sub-mediocre. Still has some great features, though, which serve as the saving grace of the publication.

When Im buying a newspaper, I want fair news that has facts. LAT is the opposite of that. They had a headline of an Iraq Information Minister talking about how the US has terrorized the country. Biased liberal trash.

This newspaper is anti-American. They are aginst the Gavernmenet and the military. They're bias stories are so sensational and one-sided that they ought to be embarrassed to even call themselves a newspaper. Tabloid at best.

I was told once that this paper was known informally as "Pravda West."

It's OK, but it is a total rip-off of the others.

Thorough, balanced and high quality reporting. Tends to be more neutral is its political position.
