Lou: Cheif, there's a woman parked on the bridge and she refuses to move!
Wiggum: Well, did you flash your lights?
Lou: Yeah.
Wiggum: Well, I'm fresh outa ideas.
Lou, the black cop is also funny:
In the proposition 24 episode, Wiggum is nailing a sign to a boat dock, and suddenly the boards break and he falls under. Lou says:
Signs's floatin' away, cheif.
