"Diamond" Joe Quimby (supposedly a Democrat), is known for his slick ways, and corupt policies. He is another sterotypical image of an American politician. You can't help but laugh at some of his episodes. He is not one of my favs tho.

What a player of a mayor! I'm surprised he got voted in as mayor...wait a minute, anything can happen in The Simpsons.An amusing character, he brings out the raunchiness of Springfield..People, we're all frightened and horny! But those dolphins cant stop us from living and scoring!
