Another hillarious character.  Hes so annoyingly funny!!  Almost everyone knows at least someone thats an "goodie two shoes" ultra conservative type.  He fits the show well,  and is known for getting on Homer's nerves.

He looks like my track coach from high school, Mr. Edelson. I called him Ned Flanders here and there...

I cheered when he broke down and drove himself to the mental hospital.

"Son of a Diddly" cannot be beaten.

the show wouldn't be the same without ned. i like him better without his wife.

Son of a diddly...just about the most gullible character on the simpsons and most certainly the one closest to God, great supporting character. Homer constantly giving him a hard time just adds to the humour of the show. He is to Homer like how Bart is to Principal Skinner.May the Ned Flanders star shine brightly!

Ned the always cheerful, deeply religious,neighbor. a big opposite of Homer.Got to give him credit for his patience with some of the Simpsons. He may be sometimes annoying with his cheerlful greetings. but at least he is a nice guy.

I feel so bad for Ned, having to live next door to a man who torments him to no end. He is a modern-day version of Job. Homer is directly responsible for the death of his wife (if memory serves me, threw a balled T-shirt at his wife that caused her to lose her balance and fall from the top floor of the bleachers of a superspeedway). Ned literally hits home because I have a neighbor who is a female version of Ned.

Hens love Roosters, Geese love Ganders, Everyone else loves Ned Flanders! Not me!

I think a live-action Simpson's movie should be made and I've already cast the first part - Ned Fladers should be played by William H. Macy.

Ned Flanders is wonderful and is a needed character because he is the flip opposite of Homer. On the surface he is almost perfect. His niceness, Christian values, annoying way of talking is what make him so funny.

My favorite character, emphsizing loving family, tolorance, total self control, and conservatism.

I love Ned, he's so funny especially the episode we're he goes crazy and they all rebuild his house and it's totally upside down and then he looses it yells at everyone and then goes to the loony bin. Ha Ha Ha Neddy...okily dokily!!

Flanders is a good device for the show, but not all that great on his own. How the hell is he in the top ten? I don't know, you're allowed to like him, I don't hate him, but he's sure as hell not cooler than Marge, or even Lisa.

Ned can be pretty annoying, but that's how he's supposed to be. He's the annoying Christian fundamentalist. "Son of a diddly!"

Anytime religion can be made fun of, I rate a 5.

howdily ho, neighbor. I can definitely relate to this guy because haven't we all had a neighbor we tried to avoid talking to? I'm glad I never had anyone live close to me as extreme as Ned but it's always fun to watch him just to see what goofball dialogue he's gonna come up with next.

ned is a great character in "the simpsons". he is too gifted if you know what i mean,look at all the episodes where he takes his shirt off!and when homer makes a dating video for him he is in the shower and his ding-a-ling hangs all the way to the ground.funny stuff!!!!

Ned Fladers is Homer's worst neighbor ever. I felt sorry for ned when he lost his wife, Maude. He built a Amusement park in her honor which failed, And he was once Bart and Lisa's Foster parent. Ned has done a lot of things. The episode I like with him in it was the one where he went to Las Vegas with Homer and got drunk and married a waitress [Homer too] and ran away from her with Homer.

I love Neddy! His constant "nothing gets me down" attitude actually begins to grow on you.

He is a funny character. "Hens love roosters, geese love ganders, everyone else loves Ned Flanders."

Now heres a jack ass who doesn't need to be in the show and us just wasting our time. The only goods times there are is when he goes snaky and when he get drunk in Las Vegas and marry that horny chick. All the are just B.S.

How can you not like Ned? I'd never want to be his friend, but since he's only paint I like him.

I love Ned!Even those he's my idol's (Homer Simpson) worst enemy, he's still funny!

OKILY DOKILY

I love the episode where Flanders goes nuts, then has a cathartic breakthrough where he releases all his suppressed anger about his parents. Lousy beatniks.

He gets a 4 diddly four rating from me for his dark side that occassionally comes out.

A great secondary character, but I got a little freaked out by the episode where he lost his mind. I prefer my Flanders in small doses.
