annoying.

I've been quoting Kent Brockman a lot recently.  I mean A LOT.  I can't stop saying "And I, for one, welcome our _________ overlords."  When my pet lizard Loco gets aggressive, it's "And I, for one, welcome our lizard overlords."  When someone writes a fawning review of a politician, it's "And I, for one, welcome our Obama / McCain overlords."  It's not overly clever, and I didn't even think of it myself.  And I'm probably not the only one who does it.  But I still crack myself up with it.

Some news reporter he is! He has some amusing quotes..'did I say dangerous dolphins? I meant...intelligent italians!'

If I ever become a news reporter, I want to be just like Kent Brockman.

I've said it before, and I will say it again... democracy just doesn't work... thank God for Kent Brockman. Extremely funny, in a dry way.

On a scale of 1-10 I would give him a seven but that's just not how things are. He and Lovejoy carry the weight of sarcastic dry humor and pull it off with flying colors. He is responsible for what I feel is in the top ten all time quotes. In the boxing episode when Homer is about to fight Dedrick Tatum the announcers, show the TV viewers, which celebrities are attending the bout. When the camera comes to Kent Brockman the crowd starts booing and throwing stuff at him, he puts one finger in his ear and mimics talking into and microphone and says, "This just in, Go to Hell!" That is so brilliant.

Mr Burns was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. He was then rushed to a better hospital where he was pronounced alive.
