An ok Springfield Elementary character,although he isn't really funny. Just a stand-in character to help promote the school, but it does help. I'm glad he isn't in The Simpsons that much, or it would be ruined. If only my school bus driver was like that..

If only there where more bus drivers other like Otto. On second thought, maybe it isn't a good idea.
