Ralph is definately more intelligent than he seems; in the Valentine's Day episode when Lisa gives him his only card, he's his usual stupid self (you...choo-choo-CHOOSE me?) until the school play, when he gives a flawless, dramatic performance as George Washington. One of my favourite Ralph lines: my cat's breath smells like cat food.

This guy is hilarious. His lines never get old. We all know that Ralph is by far the funniest character ont the show, but we don't want to admit it. Personally, my favorite is when Ralph and Milhouse both get stuffed into the same locker and Ralph starts chanting, We're a totem pole! Hiya hiya hiya hiya!

This little guy makes me laugh..I dont know how he lives with himself! It's a good thing he is only occasionally in the show though...he would probably take over Homer as the new oaf, and the show would be ruined. A good secondary character, his lines are well written I bent my wookie!

Ralph is like hot sause. You don't use it often but it's memorable when you do.

Ralph is great as he is, and if he were given more lines it would ruin his character. You couldn't have an entire show with lines like, it tastes like burning, but Simpsons writers have no problem throwing that into an episode. If Ralph had more lines, or even had his own show, you'd hear him saying some very normal things. People would get bored with that in comparison to his other, dumber persona... the one we see all of the time.

How do you get cuter and funnier than Ralphie? He's one of those typical little boys who's not so bright, gross quite often and still cute and hilarious.

He's definitely one of the funniest characters. Check out "This Little Wiggy" from season 9.

When in doubt when writing, bringing in a below average IQ kid that has the funniest voice. Sometimes he just states the obvious, and other times he busts out with the weirdest stuff. Great comic relief.

Ralph is another extremely funny and laugh out loud character. He's not seen on the show that often, which probably makes him even more funny when he is on. One of my favorite times viewing Ralph was when Homer hired a detective to spy and learn more about Lisa. The scene in the ice cream store with Ralph is hilarious. Just look at his face!!

Ralph Wiggum is by far the best character on the show. Some people argue the point that he should be given more lines, but I think everyone likes him so much because you have to wait for an episode with him in it and that way you don't get tired of him. What other TV show character could say, "Now my boogers are spicy!" and get away with it and still be hilarious?

out of all the great lines the simpsons creators of made, ralph's are the funniest. the kid can say anything, it would be funnier then hell. i don't think there is a person in the world that doesn't know a few ralph wiggum lines. ralph is only on the simpsons a few times a year, but he is still one of the funniest character every year. there are too many lines to even say. yes folks, he finds moon rocks in his nose and he likes to burn things but he is still a great invention of american pop culture. one of my favorite is when he calls camlbers "Super Nintendo Camlbers" he is the little piece of partly retarded kid in all of us.
