Used to be much better, but it's gone downhill since Koppel left.

Holy cow, if anyone watched the early edition of Nightline last night (9/15/05) after the President's speech about rebuilding New Orleans they would have thrown up. ABC News reporter Dean Reynolds had this town hall assembled in Houston, outside of the Astrodome, and was expecting to bash the President along with the evacuees. WRONG! Every interview that Dean conducted was a positive response to Bush's speech and with every answer the evacuees gave him he sweated more and more. He was desperately trying to pull out something negative, but it wasn't there. And then Ted Koppel tried to make it seem that these were only a bunch of losers and not a real representation of how the country feels. Can they make it anymore obvious that they are a left-wing outlet?

Ted is the most unctious pious phony commie to be on the tube I've ever seen. He may honestly not understand his obvious bias - he is so pointy headed in theorectical abstractions (or pretensions to same) that simply facts probably confuse him or cause him to feel unloftly. He loves his voice and it is the only thing that has advanced his career. He is not bright - but he thinks he is. And he is simply a pendantic poof who reminds me of....John Kerry. They are like blood brothers. Sure of their own greatness and supremely unlikeable. Dorko supreme!

ABC, Nightline and Ted Koppel are to be congratulated for their decision to air photos/info on the soldiers who have died so far because of the war in Iraq...a war that NEVER should have happened. It's time for a change America...out with the old/dark and in with the New/Light...Thanks Ted!

May as well call it Nightliberal! Having Al Gore's politcal hack masquerade as some economist on the energy crisis program (Wed, May 16th) was amazing. Nightliberal lost the little credibility it had before that program.

I am really enjoying "The Clinton Years." I had forgotten what horrible shape the economy was in when President Clinton took charge. I had forgotten that interest rates were so high and that the deficit was the highest it had ever been. I think it is a quality show - very well done. Many people rate the Clinton Presidency based on the Lewisky scandal. I think history will record that he was actually a very very good president. From the deficit, to interest rates, to a booming economy, to environmental preservation, to techonology and scientific research. He has done a lot of great things.

You were good but now that you are promoting dumacrats and giving a whole week to the liar Clinton, you have degraded yourself to the lowest level yet. I am done with Nightline and because of that I will be able to get a good night's sleep. I will check in once inawhile to see if you have changed your ways and again support this great country.

Like Ted Koppel I am a fellow Brit but one of Hilary's Vast Right Wing Conservatives. Ted this family stopped viewing Nightline many years ago . Reason Ted you are are so Liberally biased and its embarrassing tio watch you squirm as you try to appear politically moderate. We watch only Fox News they present it we decide.
