Conan was a lot better in the first few years. Then he slowly changed his naturally funny persona act to something less authentic and more unfunny silly frantics.
I hope he matures back to smart silly, like Leno and Letterman.

Without a doubt Conan is my favorite late night talk show. His bits when he sits at his desk after the monologue are always great. Hopefully he stays clever and original when he takes over for Leno. I have confidence in Conan as a performer and a writer that he will be able to do so.

His attention grabbing antics served their purpose in making the show something new and putting his stamp on it, but they are getting tired.  He'll move on at just the right time.  His cast of supporting characters is hit and miss.  They make the most of Max Wienberg's extremely limited skills in front of the camera and Joel Goddard is enthusiastic, but they ran out of things for him to do a long time ago.  The band is solid, maybe the best on the TV talkshow cicuit, with a couple of spotlight performers and the writers/featured players are dependably funny.  The big question mark is whether Triumph will be able to make the transition to an earlier time slot.

Hate his animation and 'I am the one' attitude.  He even interupts the guest with a  'I'm so funny' action.  The jumping is stupid.  Turn the channel.

When he has a guest on that I want to see - I still don't tune in, because he will make the whole interview about him and his goofing off. I was disappointed when I heard he will be the replacement when Jay Leno retires.

This show gets a 2 instead of a 1 because a couple of guests a week or normally interesting. It seems to have a LOT of reruns. Opie isn't really all that funny. Or clever. And, shock value doesn't take the place of humor.

I feel that Conan, unscripted, is much funnier than Conan reading from cue cards. I always wonder why the producers of the show just don't let him go crazy with the monologue and stuff like Craig Ferguson, who I also adore (I record both shows, by the way. I'm not breaking the space-time continuum or anything). When Conan goes off the cue cards, or has a reaction to a joke he'd just said, or has some unscripted little banter with the people in the studio, it's when you really laugh and really see why he's a comedic genius.

This guy is totally sophomoric, boring, and inane. Craig Ferguson on CBS is MUCH better in the same time slot, and of course, Jon Stewart, David Letterman, and Jay Leno are also way better, if you're watching earlier. If Conan ever takes over from Leno, the Tonight Show will tank big time.

I just don't get it....I've tried and tried so many times to watch this guy. He and the show are jus plain AWFUL. It's like watching a Jr High School Play. I know he attracts an audience and following, but who are these people? Maybe its an age thing. Do you have to be under 20 to like this show? I almost feel bad for the guests that go on this show. I'm sure they are really thrilled when their agents book them. But, most will prostitute themselves just to promote or sell something. I'm just glad I'm not related to him, at least I can avoid seeing by not tuning in....

Conan truly shines during interviews. He's the kind of guy who can turn any dull interview (with dull guests) into a hilarious exchanges. He literally owns the conversation dynamics. He's fast witted. He's quick on-his-fit. Whenever somebody teases him / bust his b*lls during the interview, he comes up with hilarious comeback response ON-THE-SPOT. That's the KEY that puts him above Leno, Letterman, and John Stewart (heck, Stewart was grilled in Crossfire show). Leno and Letterman don't have that improv-and-fast-thinking skills like Conan does. But I don't like his skits. Except for lip-sync, If They Were Mated, Walker Texas Ranger and Insult Comic Dog, most of them are too dumb even for my tolerance level.

The very best in the late night talk show category. conan beats the hell out of leno or letterman any day of the week no matter what anyone else says.

By far the best late night talk show. Conan's humor is the dry, blatent type of humor that I really enjoy. The sketches they do on the show are so ridiculous that you can't help but laugh out loud. He always manages to make the interviews funny and not boring like on Leno. I can't wait until 2009 when Conan takes over for Leno, and I just hope Conan doesn't loose any of the spunk he has now.

Conan is by far the best late night host- he isn't afraid to make fun of himself and has impeccable timing. I'm proud to say I watched him years ago before he was famous.

late night is by far the best show on t.v period. im pretty sure everyone is just alittle obsessed with mr. o'brien. His wacky but quick personallity has a lasting impression on everyone that has every watched the show. my grade-A+ all the way!

The best talk show on late night TV. Always makes me crack up at something. When Andy was there the show was also very good and Conan has not missed a beat since he left. Hopefully his transition later to a different time slot will not have the same effect it had on Letterman.

Conan is a freak. If he was normal looking I might be able to watch his show. He's not funny and he has no talent for interviewing people. He's boring.

Conan is okay but the show was 100times better when Andy Richter was on the show.

I used to enjoy it but I find that its become more childish and just plain ol' immature. O'Brien has a strong monologue and usually doesn't go wrong with Truimph the Insulting Comic Dog, but can at times go overboard with the sarcasm.

This show is just okay, but nothing I actually look forward to. O'Brien is wan, polite and good for the occasional chuckle, but not exceptionally funny or insightful. Late Night With Conan O'Brien is no Daily Show, but then, it isn't trying to be. Celebrity baby pictures (if they mated) can be funny. I do not care for the masturbating bear. That routine got old in a hurry.

Fellow baystater conan o'brien just may be the funniest man alive. I crack up because when he cracks jokes he remains serious and seldom laughs. I also like how he subtly says the punchline and casually moves on. These things make even the small chat he makes funny. Also, The silly faces, sounds, and movements he makes never cease to jest me. Plus, how can you not like triumph the insult dog?!?!

Conan can make fun of himself like no one else can. I have never listened to anyone make fun of how big their own head is or how pale their skin is or how extremly tall they are, etc. He's hilarious. One of my favorite features of the show is of course the celebrity baby picture skit. That is funny or in the past the masturbating bear. He's wearing a pamper for goodness sakes, corny, a little disturbing but funny.

Conan followed in the footsteps of Letterman and created his own nitch! He's GREAT! He's fun, real and like Letterman (but in his OWN way) a comedic GENIUS!

Conan delivers quick self-sentered comedy in a goofy straightforward and self-depravating way. He's a one of a kind amongst more pretentious and butt kissing hosts. His energy surpasses the competition and his style appeals more to the young and playful in spirit.

Conan is absolutley brilliant, he does woderfully silly goffy bits and cutting political and cerebral bits. His has the best on the fly wit and his adlibs are fantastic. I hope he gets the 11:30 time slot on cbs when his contract is uo, he really deseres it and would dominate in the rating. Long Live Conan! I think Conan is very funny. He isn't afraid to go after popular and powerful celebrities with cruel and mean jokes. Conan tells it like it is. He'll say things you're thinking and he gives Late night a whole new name....Fantastic!

Late night with Conan O'Brien is the best talk show on TV. He is much better than Leno, Letterman, and Kilbourn. He is the most unique talk show host. His comedy is actually funny unlike Letterman. I would rather watch If they mated instead of pscyic sandwitch. Conan's interviews are much better then Leno's. Kilbourn's show just sucks. It will only be a couple of years until Conan gets 11:35 and becomes the king of late night

Conan appeals to me at times, but he often goes too far over the top. Sometimes his obviously purposeful immaturity takes away from what would normally be a halfway decent show. Conan does have a unique charm about him, but I see him as a lightweight when compared to other late night TV talk show hosts.

We (Canadians)paid this (so called) funny man to come to Canada and open wounds (separatism) with a disgusting mut..and O'Brien thinks we are amused with a bear tht sux?? Man what nice neighbours them Yanks got..our audience attenting are as young as 12 tears old..

Conan the Golden god of late night (where the hell this come from) I love and hate your show, you're a great writer and comedic until you TRY the stand up on your show with repetitious we have a great show comment over and over, just go to your deck and save the time. You're over controlling and you're best shows are when you're out of control similar to when Ted Nugent was on. Did you note how happy the band was that night? Stop hitting your deck out of nervousness or at least turn in into a skit. Dan

CONAN IS THE BEST! I love his show. It's definitley one of my favorites. I love how he comes out all calm and jumps around and messes with the camera. He is definitley one of the funniest people on the planet. Jay Leno is boring and David Letterman get's old after a while. Not Conan! Even when he tells a joke that's not so funny, he can say something right after it or even put himself down a little, but it's so hilarious. If they ever take him off the air, I'll sue NBC!!!
