WHY I HATE TO SHOP AROUND BUT PRICING IS VERY GOOD IN BRANDSMART BUT THERE SERVICE IS BAD REALLY BAD SPECIALLY AFTER THERE RETURN DEPARTMENT MANAGER SHE IS REALLY NASTY I HAD A TV THAT I WANTED TO EXCHANGE WITHING 3 DAYS AND SHE GAVE ME A HARD TIME I NEED A BIGGER SIZE FOR MY ROOM .

service and repair is a nightmare.first my dryer was broken and it was under warranty it took them 6 weeks to fix it then my washer got broken and it's been two months and until now it's not fixed yet,still under warranty and mind you those washer and dyer are top of the line.front loads whirlpool.i spent two thousand dollars for them.you can save maybe a hundred or two hundred dollars from brandsmart but once you got a problem,you're on your own.never again at brandsmart.

Delaing with this company has by far been the worst most aggravating experience I've ever had. Their employees from the sales people and managers to the warehouse workers to the customer service reps were the rudest, most unprofessional and unhelpful individuals I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From giving me the wrong product (TWICE), to not calling me back concerning the replacement of my TV (THREE TIMES) spanning two months, and finally my having to argue and fight my way through 3 levels of supervisors to finally have one tell me that it would be no problem to take care of what the others had said was impossible to do. My TV had been approved for replacement by the manufacturer and after being blown off for 2 months they than told me that they just stopped carrying that model and therefore I would have to pick out a different one. When I probably could haev gotten the TV I chose if they had handled this 2 months ago. Supervisor after supervisor tells me that they don't have that TV and than all of a sudden one tells me that it's no problem and they can get it from a store in Dade......So why did they make me rant and rave and go through all that?!?!? What happened to customer service? Why do I have to threaten to go all the way to the CEO of the company to get someone to not blow me off? My recommendation is that regardless of saving a little money, you should not do business with Brandsmart USA. If you choose to anyway, you better keep an eye on them and make sure you're getting exactly what you're supposed to. Good Luck.

Very unorganized store. Customer service is horrible. Not to mention I've had to return a tv 4 times so far for it being broke in different ways. If you want a defective product, go to Brandsmart.

I had an AWFUL!!! experience w/brandsmart-I will NEVER step foot there again. I'd rather spend the extra dollar and get the service and treatment that a customer deserves. Their cheap prices are indicative for their CHEAP SERVICE!!! (i.e, it SUCKS)
