I'll admit that "Veronica's Closet" had some limited promise, but the series quickly lost my interest. Notwithstanding some of the prior reviewers' comments regarding Kirstie Alley's then weight and age, the concept was a diva who no longer fit the part no matter the public image portrayed. Nevertheless, the show was originally carried by Wallace Langham's character (Josh), but there was no substantial character development in the entire cast. Even using Moby's "Bodyrock" as a theme song couldn't salvage the third season.

Well as with alot of US comedys - over here in the UK the scheduling of it was all over the place. So it was difficult to build an audience.
But i thought it was a funny sitcom and could have have become a very popular series

Sorry, but Kirstie Alley can't fit in a Peterbilt, much less a closet. Show was crap anyway.

After a couple of viewings, I decided that Kirstie Alley was slumming until her next "Cheers" reunion show.

Veronica's Closet was pretty funny and amusing it's 1997-1999 run, but lost some of it's spunk during season 3.

okay, not to be mean, but the lead actress is getting older...too old to be acting like a 20 yr old...I like her, but this was not a good show for her to do.

Kirstie Alley is a good actress...what was she thinking of when she said yes to this disaster?$$$$$

I found this to be a funny and entertianing sitcom to watch.

This show was funny at first but thank God it was cancelled before it destroyed Kirstie Alley's career.

Not funny. The writing and acting were horrible. I can't believe USA is still showing the reruns.

In the very early stages, this one had an ever so slight glimmer of hope that it might actually be funny. However, this glimmer faded as fast as the flame of a short match on a windy day. The amazing speed it tumbled downhill was matched only by Kirstie Alley's velocity as she progressively went to seed before our very eyes. Gone and easily forgotten.

Too many old people playing swinging singles, it's pathetic. I actually felt sorry for these people that they were not happily married with children.

The show was good when Ron Silver was on it. Now it sucks.

Another cheers reject bits the dust. Kirstie Alley was OK in Who Talking because she was co star. However this show is rubbish. I like to know who the hell watches this show. Give it the Axe.

Has Kirstie Alley ever been good in anything? No. This show stinks.

Damn this show blows!!! I used to like Kirstie Alley - now she is a heavy, bleached whiney-ass actress that is really annoying. It is interesting to see what clothes she wears on the show to hide her new found weight. Dan whatever should have stuck to MTV Sports.
