One of the best soaps on TV!!!!!! This one always keeps actors and they do not keep change core charactors. Keep up the good woork and story lines.

Elizabeth is making me sick w/ her innocent little role. She is not so innocent and people she start treating her as if she is not.

I've been watching GH since I can remember and there is no better soap on TV.  I've even got my husband to watch when there's anything going on with Sonny and Jason :)

Save GH, the best soap there is! Fire Guza, Jilly, and Frons! Get Ted back. Stop the Sonny hour.

have not really watched this in years. way back in the 70s Luke and Laura were in danger. a few days ago I saw a few minutes and it looks as though Luke and Laura are STILL in danger, what the hell. guess soaps never change.

Gone WAY downhill with the mob obsession and the focus on Sonny and Jason. A soap opera can't be based on only two characters!

Luke and Laura was a draw long ago, but I don't like this program anymore.

Only watched it when Elizabeth Taylor guested. No other interest in my opinion.

General Hospital is Coming Back!!! I stopped watching it for about a year, because of the story lines, but now with the old actors coming back it is great!

I used to be a devoted fan, but in the last few years there has been a focus on the mob stories and on particular *popular* actors to the detriment of story telling. I want a soap that remembers it's history, focuses on character driven stories rather on the latest sensational idea while trashing what they already have. It's sad that the genre has deteriorated to this point. Still, GH is probably one of the better soaps.

The show USED to be great but since the Sonny/Emily pairing, it has become very bad. No respect for history or character anymore!

I have been watching for about 3 years and my favorite character is Carly because she is insane in a very entertaining way. My favorite Carly portrayer was Tamara Braun but of course Sarah Brown was good also.

GH is the best soap on right now. They have good story lines & I'm totally into this train wreck thing (I usually hate disaster story lines). They have the best actors and the best looking men, they are positively scrumptious!

GH was better back in the day. Remember Robert Scorpio, Sean Donnelly, Anna, Duke Lavery, Celia, Grant Putnam, ect. Those were the days. Grant Putnam was the best villain in TV history. The whole Grant Putnam/Andrews angle was brilliant! And then Ryan Chamberlain in the 90's. Awesome stuff. Nowadays I could care less about Sonny, Carly, and the other jabronies!

I love General Hospital and record it everyday. I never miss an episode. I do wish they'd get a new Carly. I also love Sam and Jason and Carly and Sonny. Please just get Jason to normal.

I love General Hospital,I tape it everyday. I unlike most, love the Sam and Jason connection. She's a gangster like him.I'm having a hard time with the new Carly. Sonny needs to step his game up and handle Durant. (he's getting soft)

I love to watch General Hospital. I have a few peeves though. For starters, why does everyone whisper so much? Especially Alexis. I can not stand that. The new Carly looks like a DOG. She is the ugliest Carly GH ever hired. Who is that little girl Michael talks to? I thought she was his imaginary friend. Then I thought she was an angel, because she just shows up out of nowhere. Then they showed her mother yelling at her for associating with a gangsters son. So, who is she? I want Carly to be KILLED off....Veronica Jackson

Soap operas are weird...really weird. Some people have like no drama in their lives, so they think they can get it from TV?! pshh. I once saw one and there was this lady that had a boyfriend and was cheating on him and he found out and was bawling his eyes out..talk about weird.

I think GH has been doing a Great job, remeber it is a SOAP OPERA! The stories have been Great, I love the whole Michael kidnapping s/l, bringing A.j. back-and the whole mob scene during the dedication ceremony was just great writing, like I said, it's a Soap, and for a Soap, I think it has been GREAT!

I love GH and have to tape it because i leave for work before the show is over. But what is going on? Alexis is no Saint nor is Sonny, though he is a man to die for. WHAT IS UP WITH LAURA? Is she staying or going? Luck, what gives with him? Lucky? Not much to say about him. Sam needs to goooooooooooo!!! Cortney needs tobe back with Jason and Jax needs to go with Sam, off the show!!! Now this is classic soap opera. I watch everyday, i love this soap. Most of all the stories are wraped up in a good timely manner. Even with little Christina I knew something like getting sick and having to tell Sonny she is his was bound to happen. I love Lorenzo (Ted King), I think he is totally hot. No chemestry between him and Lois but very possible with Courtney, there is a spark between those two, I think the writers should have them marroned or stuck together somewhere in a beautiful place and have them fall in love. Jason and Sam, yuk...something about Sam's character has never appealed to me, I think they need to get rid of her. Sonny...tired and old already. Sometimes he is so cockey i want to slap the tv. What happen to A.J...did he die ? I think they need to recast and make him a good guy now. Alexis is always refreshing I love her, of course she can be cockey too, but it's funny when she is. Overall...Ted King and Nancy LeGrahn make the show for me. Keep up the good work General Hospital !!!

Like all soaps it has thing plot with bad dialog and little or no acting. Every thing seems to be shot with two cameras going back and fourth from different talking heads as I like to call them. Today on General Hospital Someone is seen entering a room Check you local station?

This show use to be good but now it's pure sleeze with no good story's.

The only great thing on the show these days is Ted King. The writers have really blown their chance to create a new Luke & Laura with him & Carly. Arbitrary plot changes and sickening Sonny propping are destroying this grand old soap.

Pretty much the only soap I still watch but the writing lately is getting pretty lame. The show has great characters. With some better writing, I would surely rank it back up to a 5 star rating.

Gh has sucked alot of wind since it added Ted King and Kelly Monaco to its cast. I have never seen two such inept actors since Vanessa Marcil. What gh needs to do is get rid of all of these useless new cast members and stick to those that actually have something to offer other than a warm body.

What freakin dark mess of a soap this has turned into. The Sonny/Carly pairing was the beginning of the end. It's been going downhill fast ever since.

Best soap there is

I had a girlfriend who'd lived on this show, so I'd occasionally watch. This show was unentertaining on many levels. The writers would pigeonhole the viewer into cheering for the mobsters, yes, the guys whose job is to professionally kill. Their main rivals were a rich Playboy Businessman who was virtually unlikeable, and the rich, underachieving Quartermain kid who had this thing for burning down buildings. I remember asking, How can I watch this show when every character is morally bankrupt? On the plus side, Grandfather Quartermain was a hoot as the behind-in-the-times grumpy old man.

General Hospital is the greatest show ever. Keep it on forever!!!!! Jason,dillion, and sonny are sooooooo hot! Sonny better not be sams baby's father!!!!! (it better be Jax)Jax would make an excellent father....Emily and Nickholas better get back together and Emily better not kill him!!!!!!!!!

I will always love GH, however, the writers have writer block apparently. What is going on. The whole show and all the charachters revolve around Sonny. Their is more to that town and people. Where the heck is Bobby why isn't she their for her daughter. Why can't their be another story besides Sonny, Sonny, Sonny, Luke, sonny, Sonny, and more Sonny, oh and Emily/Nick, which I love that story.

I love Gh, have for years. My favorite couple are Sonny and Carly. They need to get back together right now. They can fight all they want as long as they stay together. Seeing Carly and Alcazar together is disturbing. I DONT LIKE IT! Sam better keep her little tramp behind away from Sonny! This storyline is making me angry! Sonny needs to forgive Carly. After all, he slept with Sam first.

I watch and tape General Hospital daily and consider it my vacation from stress. As a full-time mom with a part time job, my days begin early and end late. General Hospital offers time out just for me. Imaginative storylines (sometimes mesmerizing, sometimes silly but never boring), hot, handsome and beautiful actors, and a safe time out from the daily grind. General Hospital has become more than a show, it's become a hobby. I write a weekly column about it and have attended several fan events. As much as I appreciate news programs and a couple prime time shows, I have to say I've never made any attempt to interact more with another show. On the days when responsibilities tasks overwhelm me, I know at some point I can watch the show or slip in a tape and go to a place which might be a little outrageous, but I know how far actors will go regarding language, sex and violence. I love GH! Kathy

If Carly does not get back her feelings then i am gonna be so mad her and sonny belongs together they are what makes me want to watch the show they better get back together
