The show has been on for over 65+ years. It's bound to have its ups and downs. It has been doing great for some time now, in my humble opinion:)

Kim Zimmer's character is dying. It's just not that interesting.

Used to watch it years ago when it was good.

Rating based on its peak in 80s and 90s,not now.

I love it but... they need to qujit playing games with harley... let her find gus.. for real... enough with the watch the next episode to find out thing..

The show' storyline has become stagnent again. I'm tired of the old "Josh and Reva" thing. They need to let that go. And who is this new Cassie? She's terrible...nothing like the old one. Too many things going on and not enough depth to any of them.

Guiding light is the best soap opera on the air, if they would just leave the characters alone, Bring back Laura Wright, The true Cassie!!!!!! This new chick just ain't cutting it. Richard doesn't look right with any one but Laura Wright.

I have been watching GL since the late 80s and it is a great show that really delivers great acting and entertaining. It is overlooked too often and you should really check it out.

Oldest and best soap ever!!

I get a great sense of family and feeling like I m at home whenever I watch this show. Great show. I suggest to everyone who reads this to try it out. Great couples, actors, and production.

I think Guiding Light should have Marah stay or recast the role. The story with her and Jeffery is a very good and enjoyable story line.

Despite the recent downward spiral due to John Conboy and Ellen Westons mishandling of the show i am still hopeful that things will get better. Hopefully we will get to see more of the vets and better storylines soon!

21 Year Viewer----an embarrassment of riches in the acting department, and a cerebral cut above in the dialogue and plot department. And the visuals are top notch. The oldest, and the best! Makes soap opera viewers proud, and shows the quality of the form.

I have been watching the Guiding Light for twenty years now, and I have watched other soaps but only Guiding Light stayed with me this whole time and is my only and favorite soap opera. I would be very disappointed if they canceled my show.

I think that Guding Light is a wonderful show. I've watched it since I was five. I don't think that, that's a good Michelle. She's kind of winey. I think that Ben, Carmen, Annie, and Selena should come back. Please put Josh and Reva back together. Let Phillip know that he dosen't need Harley to make. Phillip we all make mistakes and I love you even if Harley dosen't. Give Rick and Frank a woman, but not May. Susan needs to learn some respect. What happened to Max, Drew, and Jessie. Alan Michael you look good for your age. Noah is a good man. Let Danny and Michelle get back together. The last thing is to bring Jim back. I love Guiding Light. I never miss it. The writers are playing on the whole Reva is crazy and Josh needs a calm life angel. They forget that Jiosh has married every time Reva has disapapeared- and each time the wife causes horrible trouble- Annie, some chick from Venezuala ( I forget her name) not to mention the fact that Josh cloned Reva- come on...He's not calm. Writers need to get a sense of history. God knows, if I loved some one so much to clone them, I certainly would never leave me. Get real. Josh and Reva back together. I have watched G.L off and On for 15 years and almost stopped until I stumbled along one day and was captivated by prince Richard and princess Cassie.Today Im still hooked because of them.This week was one of the most heartbreaking weeks for this couple as well as their fans .My heart was breaking for them when their baby was stillborn.The actors B.C,L.W and K.Z as well as D.A.M was at the top of their game in these dramatic scenes.I cried throgh the whole thing,then to add more pain to the tragedy Reva was blinded and when she and Cassie reunited for the first time since the carwreck,the look on Cassie's face when she realized her sister was blind and they just held each other and inbraced each other was brilliantly written and viewers everywhere was touched by this last few minutes of the show.It was only a minute but was the most powerful scenes of the day.Before this happened the evil prince was trying to save his thrown while the other good prince wanted justice done.The good prince Richard gave the most remarkable speech to the world he has ever done but it was so touching.These scenes with all involved was priceless and I will always be a loyal fan due to stories of the heart like these that have been played out by some of G.L's best. Guiding light is the #1 soap that is on the air. The best is cassie and richard, beth and phillip, and joshua and reva, and danny and michelle. I have my whole family watching this one. my husband and my 4 year old. we all work, so I tape it, so we all can watch it later. keep up all the good work. thank you for the best soap that there is. This is the best soap opera on TV. I absolutely love Guiding Light, and I am always shocked to see that my opinion is not the popular one regarding this subject. This is the oldest show on TV, and the acting is absolutely superb! I love the current storylines, and the characters are interesting written. So why is Guiding Light ranked eighth here, when it is really the best. People should really tune into Guiding Light!

I love this show. My mom got me hooked on it twenty something years ago, and I`ve been watching ever since. Reva is great, I`ll bet she`s a real hoot in person. Her character is one of the best features of the show. I hope she sticks with it.

I have watched Guiding Light since the '70's. I mean we're talking Bert Bauer, Dr. Jackson, Mike, Ed, Rita, Evie, Ben, Elizabeth, I could go on... A great show with great characters. There will never be another Soap "bad guy" like Michael Zaslow, who played Roger Thorpe. He was the ultimate villan. Holly, Beth, Phillip; I have seen them all "grow up" on that show. Keep up the good work!

It is getting there though - I will tell you I had stop watching for about 3 months till Joan Collins came aboard. She is great. Please keep Carmen on but change her role. End this mob story -- it has go on way way to long. We need a differnt Michaelle. I have watch this show for some time and it has had it's up and downs. Hopefully it will continue to improve. Holly needs to be with Ed. Give Bill Lewis Sr. another love interest and more air time. We don't buy Bill Lewis Jr. and Beth. Tony and Marah are great they outshine Danny and this new Michelle - that does not work. Danny and this Michelle just don't click. Others in Kentucky agree with me. Thanks for bring Joan Collins on she is the best Alexandra yet. Sam reminds me of the late Roger he needs to come back and be with Maria.

I used to watch the show all the time, but at one point I became very tired of the same characters. However I have become a very loyal watcher since the Marah and Tony storyline started. This storyline is the only reason that I watch everyday

This is my favorite Soap. I love the currant storyline involving Beth/Loralie. Can't stand Tori though.

I am getting disgusted with stories not having a finish. I have been watching the beginning of the show and find out that you are starting another story before others have an ending.

Guiding Light is a great soap. Most of the actors are tops in their field. I like many of the new characters including Sam, May and Tony. I could do without Reva, Cassie and Prince Richard. But long live Prince Edmund!
