I can't believe I'm admitting to this, but I liked this soap alot! I know it was super cheezy (especially at the end) but I really liked Caleb & Livie (I've always been a Kelly Monaco fan). I still occasionally watch the reruns on soapnet (if I'm not watching the Backyardagains, haha)

Soap operas are weird...really weird. Some people have like no drama in their lives, so they think they can get it from TV?! pshh. I once saw one and there was this lady that had a boyfriend and was cheating on him and he found out and was bawling his eyes out..talk about weird.

The best show that was on with the best cast. Not given fair treatment by ABC!

Oh man, people really do like this dreck? This is another soap that I occasionally half-watch when I don't get around to changing the channel. The acting is without a doubt some of the most base, juvenile toilet fodder I've ever seen. I'll admit that it's good for a laugh because the acting is THAT BAD, but given some of the other toxic brain-dead material that is peddalled to Susie-Homemaker everyday on daytime TV, this is one of the worst.

oh goodness...people here have lost their minds! How on earth could this be rated higher than As The World Turns. Thank goodness the show is being cancelled, I do not need Buffy the Vampire Slayer clones on daytime! The acting and storylines are atrocious! How can anyone give this show higher than a 1! It is times like these where i wish i could give it a 0 rating.

This is probably the only soap opera with bad acting. The storylines are getting terrible. I say cancel it and gives us something worth watching.

I have watched this soap from the beginning (being a GH fan) and have always loved it. As most soaps do, it has it's ups and downs, but it continues to entertain. The cast of the show is phenomenal to say the least and they can do a spectacular performance with any script. I like the leap to the supernatural that this soap has done. Some of the arcs have not been great, but their most recent arc, Surrender, has been great.

I love to watch PC it's great and the cast are all wonderful and talented actors and actresses. Keep it up!

I love this soap, infact I wish it were an hour long instead of just 30 minutes! I have been watching sicne it started and I hope they don't cancel it!!!

Fast pacing, great acting, great writing. This soap makes you want to watch tomorrow's episodes unlike the other soaps. If you try it for a week I bet you will leave your other soap to watch only PC.

Effective February 4, SoapNet has decided to change its current line-up in favor of showing a fourth airing of same-day ABC episodes. However, it appears that Port Charles will be getting the short end of the stick since the proposed new schedule has it on in time slots impossible for many to watch. I have created a petition to oppose the new schedule and keeping the old one. This is the best Soap Opera I've seen in years!! Too bad Michael Easton is no longer on the show - he is an amazing actor. Brian Gaskill is a great addition, I hope he stays on. The whole cast is great!!

Where else but on a soap can you find a vampire, angel, and psychic all in one storyline? Weird, yes, entertaining, sometimes. I do like their storyline archs. At least we don't have to wait a year to see who killed who, and who is still married to who.

i've it watchrd it from day one in dallas at 1:00 in the morning. that's the only time they showed it. i have two children and now watch it on soapcenter. thank you for a relaxing evening away from it all at night.

Port Charles is the best show on TV right now. And that's daytime or primetime. Both the Tainted Love and Time in a Bottle story arcs have just made this show so fabulous. And the cast has been putting in great performance after great performance. This is a very underrated soap that deserves all the recognition its been getting lately. I can't say how much the new format has worked.

I am amazed at what Port Charles has accomplished this year! It has turned around from a show that I could not watch to a show that I cannot miss! As off the wall as the storylines have been, the writing and acting have got me HOOKED! At first I wasn't sure about the Time in a Bottle story but I really loved the movie Frequency and it was at least DIFFERENT so I gave it a shot and I really enjoyed it. Then came Tainted Love - WOW! I can't wait to see what Caleb is going to do next! Kudos to Port Charles for making an incredible comeback. This soap is hooking more than a few viewers that are sick of the garbage that GH has become. Go, Port Charles!

This deserves the award for most improved show. Disgruntled fans of General hospital are turning to PC and loving it. I have watched it from day one, and really enjoy it. I can watch it and have some hope, unlike the state gh is in. Go Lucy and Kevin! I am really curious to see if the newer ratings will reflect the recently added fans.

The storyline with Jamal, Alison, Livie, and Jack is great! What's up with the new character in the woods. What did he do to Jack, what does he want with Livie?

Boooooring. The pace is just too slow. I can't believe they cancelled Loving/The City for this crap, but seeing as how PC is the lowest rated soap it's own cancellation is highly probable. And don't diss PASSIONS Headrina, it ROCKS! At least it's storylines are fast paced and interesting.

I love the Ian and Eve storyline. I hope that they get together! I love Port Charles

I watched the show from it's very first day, and never missed an episode. Now, I'm done with it. This new format had turned me off. Kevin and Eve breaking up? Kevin sleeping with Lucy a week after they think Eve is dead? Kevin forging Lucy for faking Eve's death? These are not the characters I knew since the beginning.

The new format is wonderful. The way they are hilighting my favorite charaters is awsome. I hope that Kevin and Lucy get back together because they are so perfect for each other come on ABC give them their BABY!!!!!

I hate the new format. If you dislike the characters featured (like I do), then those three months are painful to watch. They need to give more airtime to Chris, Karen, and Frank, and give them better storylines.

I love this soap - the extension of my fave, GH, is well received. I do have one question -- does the duo of Livvie and Jack bear too much of a (physical) resemblance to Robin and Jason? Well-written and well-acted. I guess copycat programming is not a mistake in this case. Andrea, Pasadena, Texas

I love this show! I don't know how anyone could not! I mean especially with the new format and all. I think it's great! People need to start telling all there friends about it!!!

How can anyone not love this soap?!?! Its one of the best there is, it just doesnt have the amount of viewers it deserves!!! And iono how Passions can have more viewers bc its dumb, they still have the same storylines going from when the show first premiered, ud think by now they would have at least ONE storyline wrapped up but NO!!! Plus PC has Jamal and Alison and thye are one of the hottest couples on daytime!!!!

My opinion Port Charles has lost meaningful story lines!! and I'm sure there are talented actors and actresses of color who can also become part of the soaps (really all abc soaps)with positive scripts to obtain... for instance PC 1 african-american/1 spanish..AMC 1 african-american/ 2 spanish.....

Port Charles is really great right now, I love the banter between Frank and Courtney and Chris and Julie are my new favorite couple!
