Excellent program. Being from a large family myself, I could definitely sympathize with some of the problems and ALL of the chaos.

I remember watching eight is enough. I liked it when it used to be on, but never seen any re-runs on any channels of it.

I watched some of the re runs on PAX TV when it was on. I think it was an OK show, but not the best show. The show dealt with some good issues. I liked the character of Joanie Bradford. I think she was a woman with great feelings. She would be the type of woman i can fall in love with.

Pretty stupid show, the only reason to tune in was to see the blonde sister..can't remember her name, but she's also in 1941. Does anyone remember her name? Wish she had done some more movies she is really a babe!

Ralph Macchio shook things up (including my little preteen self!) 8 is enough was great tv for its time.

I really enjoyed watching this family show in the 70's. Just a regular family going through the childhood years of growing up with lots of sisters and brothers. I wish they would show more reruns.

I remember watching this one pretty faithfully back when it was new. This one ran for several years and was pretty popular, but I don't remember ever seeing it in syndication.

It may have been good-intentioned, but it did not deliver the goods.

I must admit, I really liked this show, it was nothing special, just fun to watch and imagine growing up in a family like the Bradfords.

When this show was on in the late 70s and early 80s. I probably would have given this a better rating. I liked it more back then. After seeing this on repeats, I think it is an okay show. It was about a family of Eight kids,Starting at 8 years to the early 20s. Of course they had the adorable Nicholas, but now when I watch this show I think they made {Adam Rich} too cute. I find some of the actors annoying.{ I won't be mean and name them.] One bad move is that they kept changing the show too much, adding on new characters, by the end of this show I had grown bored with it.Dick Van Patten was okay as the dad. Some of the actors are more likable than others. the thing I notice is that it seems like sometimes the actors are trying too hard to be funny, cute, or dramatic.

Uggh...the acting was so horrible...and the story lines got worse and worse every season...to satisfy his adoring girl fans, they kept pushing Willie Aames at us...forget about the rest of the cast...they were lucky they had a line or two each.

Personally the reason I watched the show was I had a crush on Nancy but she wasn't really a major character which of course I hated back when it originally aired.

You can't attempt to make The Brady Bunch into a soap opera.

One of the worst "family" shows ever.Sickening,Stupid, and worst of all, boring.Dick Van Patten...well..Dick Van Dyke you aint, mate!

I adored this full hour show!! I wish they would re-run it on a channel I get, but recently I watched one of the reunion movies at least. Grant Goodeve always sets my heart aracin'! lol. I didn't really identify with any of the sisters but I think I would be most like a mixture of Susan and Nancy, who to me always seemed like complete opposites. Dick Van Patten was very believable as the Dad.

This was a really good show back in the day, but it hasn't withstood the test of time. Please find me another family with that many kids who get along so well. And, how can Mr. Bradford afford to feed 8 kids in a big house on a columnist's salary at a Sacramento newpaper? One of the saving graces of this show was the introduction of Ralph Macchio to the world.

I remember really enjoying this show when I was little, but any time in the last 10 years that I've seen parts of this show I've wanted to vomit. Dick Van Patten is absolutely ridiculous. And that woman he marries makes me want to jump out a window. How in the world did I ever watch this show?
