Consistently funny show. Great characters and writing. Always watch it in re-runs when no favorites are on.

Becker was the best televison comedy in years! I'm so sorry to learn it's been cancelled. I've been living overseas for the past five years and just returned to the US (having recently retired from the military) and Becker was one of only two comedies on television that had a great ensemble cast and hilarious scripts. Please bring it back!

I am shocked to see and read that Becker sho has been cancelled... This is one show I look forward to the whole day ...Becker is simply awesome and for sure, everyone I know who watches this has absolutely loved it... Linda with her no brainer witty remarks, Reggie and now Chris with their charm, Bob with his sarcasm ,and finally Jake with his exurberance, and for sure Becker, I wish I had been a Doctor of medicine instead!!!

Becker is one of my favorite shows. I will really miss it. I don't understand why it was cancelled. The show was great and the actors even better! Thank you for so many great episodes.

I'm really disappointed that CBS has cancelled Becker. It wasn't a great show, but I really liked watching it. Now, it will be replaced by either another reality show, a formulaic drama, or another asinine dumb husband sitcom.

Maybe the funniest show in 10 years. This show is amazingly funny and should get as much recognition as Everybody Loves Raymond and Friends, if not more. CBS should promote it a lot more. Ted Danson is hysterical as a doctor who gets frustrated at every sight and almost always gets screwed. Jake the blind guy is great, and so is most of the rest of the cast. The best supporting cast member is Bob. He is plain hilarious with all those stupid, but still very funny statements. CBS has practically taken this show off the air, which I can't believe. Still Standing, Two and a Half Men, The King of Queens, and Yes, Dear are all funny shows, but Becker just tops them all. I'm sure one of them can be taken off the air or moved to a different time slot. Overall, CBS has great comedy shows, but Becker and Everybody Loves Raymond are two of the funniest comedy shows on television and with Raymond probably going of the air and Friends ending, I just hope a good show like Becker stays on the air so I can still get a good laugh sometime during the week not just from Around the Horn and Pardon the Interruption.

Another surprisingly good show. I really enjoy it. It is a refreshing change of pace for CBS, and I heard it was probably gonna get cancelled, which totally is bad. These networks need to get rid of the old Nielsen ratings system, and get something that doesn't lie. Almost everyone I know watches this show, but yet they say no one watches it? It doesn't even make sense. :(

Good writing and good acting don't make up for the dated disaster or hokey plotless jokes strung together in a characterless world.

Nancy Travis a damn good actress, and she does onE-hell-of a job as Chris on "Becker". Ted and Nancy are so cute watching them meddle with one-another. I hope this show last atleast 8 seasons, it sure does deserve it! I TOTALLy recomened it, its best damn sitcom on TV!BECKER ROCKS, AND KICKS ASS!

Doesn't it bother anyone that this show is so contrived??? Can't relate to any character on the show. Yes, it's a sitcom, but somewhere along the line, the writers might have thought about making the plots and characters more accessible.

Serviceable Ted Danson vehicle that never really catches fire.

Becker is the best! I don't know why I like him so much because he is so obnoxious most of the time but I do. Linda is a scream and Jake and Bob are so funny. Everyone else is great too. I think this is one of the funniest shows on. It goes by too fast.

Ted Danson's best role since Cheers. Brutally honest, not afraid to speak his mind, I love him. Unfortunately CBS moved him to Sunday and NBC owns me on Sunday nights with American Dreams and Law and Order Criminal Intent.

A primetime comedy with wit and few sex jokes? Now? Yes, besides Frasier, Becker is also a good comedy. Now on CBS, this show stars former Cheers star Ted Danson as well as an overall talented cast. Although it does get a little above TV-G, it isn't a stinker like Friends, Scrubs or Will & Grace. Recommended.

I love this show! It is so funny and so true to life! I wish I could find a doctor like that - an old-fashioned doctor in an old-fashioned neighborhood in NY - a doctor you can talk to! Love the concept. All the characters contribute to this being a very good show - great team of actors! I like Ted Danson, good actor and funny!

I started watching one night when Becker, a smoking doctor, made a comment that seem so natural and funny. I think this show just gets better. A doctor living in crusty ole apartment and helping people but not becoming their buddy seems to work for me.

Becker is such a funny, well-written, and well-acted show. I enjoy it every week.

I started watching this one not expecting to like it at all. I don't really know why exactly. Maybe it was because I was fairly burnt out on Ted during the looooong run of "Cheers" which I felt pretty much died about 3 years before it was finally given a burial. Or, maybe it was due to that much hyped and mercifully short sitcom he and wife Mary Steenburgen attempted not long after Cheers croaked. Most likely, it was all of the above. So, when I did finally tune in to "Becker" one boring evening, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Danson makes a very convincing and funny curmudgeon. The other actors and the writing seem to be on a par with the more witty sitcoms currently running - like "Just Shoot Me", "Everybody Loves Raymond" and "King of Queens". It's not my favorite of all those but I consider it very watchable. Unfortunately, it seems to be one of the many victims of a moveable time slot (WHY do they do that so much?) so it makes it hard to catch on a weekly basis.

I never really liked Ted Danson, neither did my husband but I got him to LOVE this show! It wasnt on last nite and we would like to know why?! I hope it is not cancelled! WE LOVE YOU TED/BECKER!!!!!

How could you not love this show! Becker is the type of person who says the things people want to bring out into the open, but never dare. Linda is always the comic releif and the relationship between Becker, Redgie and Jake is priceless
