I always thought that Buffy wiped 'em out, but next week some more were back. It's a good thing that we had her around, I can tell you!
twansalem 03/24/2008
Watchable if there really isn't anything else on, but that's about it.
trebon1038 03/21/2008
Never really watched it but found my friends talking about it amusing. It was like Buffy was real.

I watched Buffy from the pilot episode. I miss this show. It was so good.

I can't understand how a show like this has such a large following. I had enough after watching the first six episodes. The acting jobs are a joke - particulary the guy who plays Xander. The characters are one-dimensional and have no real personality. And the plots are retarded. Seriously, you have to be under 15 to enjoy this show. I give it a two because Sarah Gellar looks really hot.
charmed3 05/01/2006
great show and miss it

i love this show. my favorite evening is to get under the covers with some lotion and pleasuring myself to those hot little bodies, the pert young breast, and those tight little butts. Im getting a woodrow just thinking about it. some of the best whack material on the air
buffy thevampireslay 01/31/2006
buffy the vampire slayer is the best!

I loved Buffy big time. Helped that S-M G is one foxy little babe. There were some great stories, strong characterisation and a good balance between some genuinely creepy moments and wry humour.

Not a bad show and the theme music rocked!

Buffy started out OK, then she went way out into left field. I haven't enjoyed this show since it's first season.

I just loved it, the whole concept! Buffy was and still is the best show ever appeared on tv! There was never a show better than Buffy! Buffy was a very unique show with a great cast, superb writing and a show with it's own myth. It's hardly to describe how great Buffy was! BuFFy 4EVER! *BuFFy RuLeZ*

KMcK gave this show the perfect review, I don't know how I can do it any better. I will put my two cents in however. I do think Buffy the Vampire Slayer was possibly one of the best written television shows of my generation. The show always kept me watching and I was ALWAYS seriously entertained no matter what was going on. My favorite characters are of course, Buffy...who was perfect as the main Slayer. I also loved Faith in the seasons that she showed up, her character always gave me goose bumps. The Faith character was a really strong female, no matter how confused she was..she always kicked ass ! I loved her. I also loved how Buffy and Faith ended up being friends in the finale. When all the seasons end up on DVD, you can bet I will own ALL of them. One of the greatest shows ever. I truly miss it. It was cancelled way too early. (Note- it wasn't cancelled because of poor ratings, it was cancelled because of mind games played by 2 tv networks.)

Buffy was one of the greatest, and most undervalued, television shows of all time. It's been dismissed as camp by the Emmy people and by viewers who judge based on seeing one or two episodes - the problem being, that seeing one or two episodes can't show the show's true strengths - storytelling, character continuity, and plot continuity. It's normal on TV shows to forget a character once they've left the show, to disregard a character's past on a regular basis, and to forget (or just ignore) what happened a year ago. And then, there's this show. On this show, there's a solid cast of 3-dimensional (but still consistent) characters, who actually possess *memories* of what happened before on the show! The show is full of instances where plots are foreshadowed, sometimes up to 2 years in advance, and there are references in Season 7 to characters that left in Season 3. It's so refreshing. Plus, the characters themselves are exceedingly well-developed. The dialogue is sharp, witty, and entertaining. The plots and direction are almost invariably flawless (and often inspired, especially during S4's Hush, S5's The Body, and S6's Once More With Feeling). The writing is perfect. Everything about this show is right, and it's such a shame that it never got the professional recognition it deserved.

One of the greatest shows of all time. Great writing, great characters, great direction, great music, great subject, great comedy, great drama, great romance, hot ladies, hot men, hot lava (there was some in there somewhere)... I can't get enough of this show.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer in my opinion was the greatest show in the history of television. It had everything-great actors and actresses, great plots, great music. Sarah Michelle Gellar gave some of her most amazing performances on this show and proved just what a brilliant actress she is.
Matt78 07/21/2004
One of the best shows I've ever seen. Many people get sceptic when they see the Title The Vampire Slayer but there is so much more about that show than just being the Slayer. Evert character has a story and the writing is just so smart. You just can't stop watchting that show. It lost a little bit of it's fascination at the end but the first 3 seasons (I also liked Season 5) were just amazing. I miss the show a lot.
Buffy Fan 06/20/2004
Best show ever made since television started! Sarah Michelle Gellar was the perfect actress for the part of Buffy and Michelle fitted the character Dawn (a spoilt brat) brilliantly! Spike kept the show going! according to statistics, the second series was te best ever!!!!!! Love Buffy or b blind 4eva!!
ANSGARD 06/08/2004
all the actors are pathetic, it's just rubbish
nickkicksass 04/26/2004
The BEST SHOW EVER (besides The Apprentice). Buffy is everything! What an amazing cast, scripts, plot, etc. This gives girls a positive role model, the show manages to deal with real life situations while the main character kills vampires! Genius! All of the Actors are truly phenomenol! Especially Sarah Michelle Gellar! She is an absolutely amazing actress!
Buckskidd 04/18/2004
Really loved this show. Again has a positive role model for young girls.

So, Im no longer a teenager but so what. This was a great series. Interesting and unpredictable plots. Well drawn and appealing characters. Attractive females and just the right amount of violence.
nenajj 03/31/2004
Excellent watching. We can only hope Joss Whedon keeps producing more material like this.
SMP33 02/03/2004
The greatest television show in the history of the world...it rules.
Moonstone 01/17/2004
I never watched it while it was airing. Just recently got caught up in watching it. It is totally awesome and now I am hooked on Angel too. James Masterson so totally awesome in his character! All the cast is great. Revenge, heartache, fight for life, friends and sharing the load. It's a great show!
brian joseph 01/16/2004
Boy have times changed ! I can remeber when they said The Musters was too scary for little kids! Anyway I would'nt want my little ones (if I had kids), watching Buffy I think it's a bit too scary.
Salome121 12/02/2003
A great show that ended right.
freebird_0128 11/19/2003
At first I was wary of Buffy. I thought it was going to be a trendy, mindless teen show...but it surprised me so much. The cast is brilliant-Sarah Michelle Gellar gives Buffy complexities and makes you love her, James Marsters as Spike is witty, sarcastic and handsome, creating wonderful tension. The other actors are all pieces of the puzzle that make Buffy work so well. It is consistently inventive(who can forget the musical episode?) and always provides dramatic, funny, touching entertainment. This show deserves to be taken seriously.
tvtator 11/02/2003
Buffy was one of the most clever, intelligent and witty shows on television. Josh Wedon was a genius using vampires, demons, monsters etc to represent everyday things, challenges, stresses and controversies in life. It was also great that High school represented in a way hell. I liked the fact that they moved on from high school and we got to see them grow and mature. Sarah Michelle Geller was excellent as Buffy and an excellent role model for woman. The rest of the cast was excellent Nicholas Brendon, Allison Hannigan, Michelle Trachtenberg, Anthony Stewart Head, James Marsters David Boreanez and Seth Green. Although you may classify it as sci/fi fantasy, it was more then that it was part drama and part comedy at times. Josh Wedon through his intelligent story telling used demons/vampires and a young female vampire slayer to say a lot about society.

A good show..even though I'm in my 50's I watched it...probably it appeals mostly to teenagers. I think it's a little violent..after all kids watch this too.
