I don't care too much for the appearance of this group but you have to admit...you need to chuckle and laugh. I mean...TWISTED SISTER? How funny of a name can this be? Now, I understand that kids do rebel but to have the parent try to force his rules by blowing up the band or other things it is just plain redicoulous and that is why the VIDEO is so darn funny to watch. The song however is awsome to hear.....

Great and amusing video from the 80's. From the Dad going into his Dad's room and yelling What are you going to do with your life? To his son's reply I wanna rock then turning into Dee Snyder and blowing his father out the window. It's not the greatest song, but still a fun song and video from the 80's.

It was just a fun song, and the video did it justice! It's hilarious! Especially looking back now, at the extreme hair and make-up on them, it cracks me up! Every time I hear that song on one of the local rock stations here in Baltimore, I picture the band shaking their fists at the father guy . . . it's great!

This is a fun video that is considered by many a glam metal classic because of the father's performance at the beginning. A few of the scenes are corny (ie the mother throwing and spraying water into the father's face), and some of the bandmembers' scowls look like something out of Pee Wee's Big Adventure. The video can hardly be considered a serious cinematic effort, but it's fun for what it is.
