This isn't worthy of being listed as high as what it is. This is their worst album I gave it away I was so dissappointed in it. If you need this to complete your outkast collection fine, but if you just want the good songs from off of this cd, Outkast does have a best of collection. Other than this one ( haven't heard big-bois part of their latest cd) the rest of Outkast music is outstanding!

It got a four because it's not close to their best stuff. It was tight. All in all, it's better than other cat's stuff.

Get serious! Outkast will run with any group that is out there. They ripped this CD up for real. Their tracks are original and the lyrics is tight. The collaboration of Soul, Funk and Rap is the thing to do from what Ive heard on this album.

If you are into rap and hip hop this one is a must in the collection. Some smooth lines will have you realizing things in life you would never think of.

Great eastern rap with a western touch. I love #3 "Rosa Parks." Nice non-swearing good ol' rap. Great beats and jams for any party.

A great CD. The beats are original and catchy. Their rhymes flow with their Southern style. A different flavor from those hardcore gangster rappers.

One of the best Rap albums of 1999. Outkast combines lyrical prowess with amazing beats to produce a consistently solid Rap album from track 1-16. Yet there is enough variety in the tracks to make it enjoyable to listen to from start to end.

This CD is a classic as far as being everlasting. This is the type of CD a person can put in and let play all the way through whether alone and relaxing or hanging out with people.

Excellent creativity, both lyrically and musically. I like the divergence from 40's, Benz's and bitches.

Dre and Big Boi's skills get better with each album. Standout track is Art of Storytelling Pt. 2. There are one or two bad tracks, but overall a great CD.

Wasn't the best CD by OutKast. Needed more rythm to the songs. I feel they should feature better rappers.

There is noone out there that can touch the poetic skills of Andre and Big Boi. Everything they drop is off the hook. They make music for themselves and it aint all that bling bling kill kill crap thats so popular with all the dic riders. OutKast is the most fresh hip hop out there.
