I was highly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff that welcomed me at Cycle World. I am a first time rider and did not know much about bicycles - only that I really wanted to ride and look good doing it. All my questions were answered with great courtesy and patience. I was fitted with a great bike, perfect shoes and helmet, and left the store feeling like a pro. I could not believe the variety of the merchandise, it was like being a kid again at Christmas. Not only did the staff help me find the perfect bicycle, they encouraged me to become part of the growing phenomena that is cycling in Miami. Thank you Cycle World! After an absence of over thirty years I have returned to biking.For four wasted months I travled from store to store being lied to left and right. They always tried to sell me a 52-56 when the correct size is 58-60. Other stories were "No one rides Road Bikes any more only Mountain or Hybrid", " Sorry Dude they dont make a R.B. in your size anymore".All that changed when I walked into C.W. The staff helped me select a Trek 1500 and the fitting was so percise that even with old injuries I have been able to ride several hundred miles pain free. Two months later another R.B. was purchased.

Found some older Campagnolo parts I was after here. Was the only shop in South Florida I found these hard to get parts.

Got my Shimano bike chain repaired here and was fast a efficient. Liked the fact that they were a premium Oakley dealer and picked up a new M-Frame lens as well as some spinning shoes to help with my sprinting.

I purchased a Trek less than a year ago from Cycle World and the rim began to fall apart. I took it back to Cycle World. They took my rim and said they would have to send it back to Trek. When I arrived to pick up my new rim they told me the cost for me was $50.00. I asked why I had to pay for a warranty exchange. I was told by the owner that Trek charged it. I called Trek and they said that their should be no charge for me at all. After 2 dozen calls back and forth with Trek and several trips to cycle world I finally received by refund of $37.45. Be very careful with this shop. They are not honest and basically tried to rip me off but thankfully with Trek's help I did receive a refund. BEWARE!
