I have never seen anyone booed off stage, but I witnessed this when Sun Ra came to Fort Dupont in Washington D.C. It was the absolute worst. People threw stuff on stage. They had to stop the show. In all my years of witnessing great music, Sun Ra was the absolute worst. Zero stars.

Sun Ra has got to be one of the most innevative musicians of his time. Aside from his advanced mental development, Sun Ra's music added new dimension to sound, a product of his mental strength.
