This company is bogus. I ordered two items which I was charged $23.45 for shipping,which was more than the items cost! I received one and it took me two months to receive the 2nd one after I complained to my credit card company. Calling them on the phone resulted in a bunch of lies, that the item was sent and someone put the wrong address on the package. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This place is a sham. Paid for rush shipping. That was a joke. Took
2-3 weeks. When I checked out it added the rush shipping and an extra
item without my consent. Now, since they failed to send me what they
said they would, they want to charge a shipping fee for batteries (6
AA batteries). That has been a month. Guess they had to go to a real
store and get 6 batteries. Sue them in your home state. Make them get
a lawyer or get a default against them. I wish I had seen this before

go to google and type in the better bussiness bureau.... file a complaint with them against this company just like I did.... The guy wrote back to them saying I asked for my order to be canceled which is a total croc of **** .Basically at this point the better bussiness bureau is the only one who can potentially stop this website and help us all out. I seriously give them no stars... i ordered a birthday present for my nephew 2 weeks ago and still have not recieved it, i email them, no one emails me back, i call them and it says that the number can not go through as dialed, for anyone who has ordered from this company i feel terribly bad for you, if you are thinking about ordering from this company DO NOT!!! This is complete crap considering i had a $100.00 order and bad almost $20.00 for shipping, why would I even pay for shipping since they DONT SHIP YOU ANYTHING. total scam

If I could give them less then 1 star I would. Terrible response and shipping times. Ordered something 20 days ago, they claimed it was shipped 14 days ago and STILL nothing has come yet. They do not provide a tracking number and when shipped.

dont buy anything on this site!!!! it will keep on saying that they sent it alraedy the product that you order.......!!!!

Horrible service. I ordered my item 2 months ago. At first they told me it was back ordered. Then they acted surprised that I had not received it. Finally, they said the sent it and even gave me a UPS tracking #. I have been tracking it for 5 days already. It went from WI to VA (which is where I live) and is in CA today. I will never use them and will not recommend them to anyone. Sounds like a scam to me.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. I HAVE ORDERED 3 MONTHS BACK, STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. BUT WHILE ORDERING THEY ASKED ME TO SELECT A "FREE" GIFT, THEY CHARGED ME $6 FOR THAT FREE GIFT ( TEDDY BEAR ). TEDDY BEAR ALSO RECHED AFTER 3 MONTHS. WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR REFUND THEY TRIED TO BLOCK MY PHONE NUMBER AND DID NOT ANSWER MY PHONE. THEN I HAD TO CALL FROM DIFFERENT PHONE TO TALK. EVERY TIME ONLY ONE GUY WILL PICK THE PHONE. SO I AM ASSUMING ITS NOT A COMPANY, A SINGLE PERSON MIGHT BE BLUFFING EVERYBODY BY MAINTAINING A SITE.

Horrible service. They give you the run around. I ordered my item over three weeks ago, still have not received my item. Asked for my money back twice, they would not refund my money, just told me that they would ship my item. I am not expecting to ever see what I purchased from them.
