06/30/2008 | Horrible service. I ordered my item 2 months ago. At first they told me it was back ordered. Then they acted surprised that I had not received it. Finally, they said the sent it and even gave me a UPS tracking #. I have been tracking it for 5 days already. It went from WI to VA (which is where I live) and is in CA today. I will never use them and will not recommend them to anyone. Sounds like a scam to me.

04/29/2008 | DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. I HAVE ORDERED 3 MONTHS BACK, STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. BUT WHILE ORDERING THEY ASKED ME TO SELECT A "FREE" GIFT, THEY CHARGED ME $6 FOR THAT FREE GIFT ( TEDDY BEAR ). TEDDY BEAR ALSO RECHED AFTER 3 MONTHS. WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR REFUND THEY TRIED TO BLOCK MY PHONE NUMBER AND DID NOT ANSWER MY PHONE. THEN I HAD TO CALL FROM DIFFERENT PHONE TO TALK. EVERY TIME ONLY ONE GUY WILL PICK THE PHONE. SO I AM ASSUMING ITS NOT A COMPANY, A SINGLE PERSON MIGHT BE BLUFFING EVERYBODY BY MAINTAINING A SITE.

04/22/2008 | Horrible service. They give you the run around. I ordered my item over three weeks ago, still have not received my item. Asked for my money back twice, they would not refund my money, just told me that they would ship my item. I am not expecting to ever see what I purchased from them.
