I am trying to pay for a service and storage. I talkto Ed who has zero customer service skills and zero people skillls. I ask what the bill is as of right now, for me to come pick up the car. He says when are you coming. I said I am not sure until I get the total rate that I need to pay. He said there is storage per day. I said fine what is the payment if I pick it up tomorrow. He says are you coming tomorrow. I said not sure until I get the total payout due. I said for argument state lets say I am coming tomorrow. He said are you. I said yes tomorrow. Then he says that I will have to call back tomorrow and get the rate from someone else. This man is a joke, rude and ignorant, zero people skills and no personality. The owner of this company should be embarrassed by this moron or at least do not let him answer the phone.
