 | GobTheHotCop (3) 10/26/2005 | This is worth the "Garage Days" songs on it.

 | DemonRealm (0) 12/31/2002 | Metallica is so afraid to write any new songs because they know their fans will be dissapointed because of the failures of Load and Reload, so they made a cover album.

 | hardcorechic (0) 07/11/2002 | this cd definately has that aroma of "we suck so bad, that now we have to resort to cover songs."
i'm sure that it appeals to 14-year olds and limp bizkit fans though.

 | DeathRattle (1) 02/06/2002 | Probably the only record on earth that sounds great that has only cover songs. Metallica is a good band. So they have the ability to make good covers, and they have. That's how they started out touring having a third of their setlis filled with british metal and punk cover songs. Metallica has done a great job giving some old classics new life. A must for al Metallic, and any rck fan.

 | Aliens36 (0) 03/11/2001 | Who says the first disc of Garage Inc. sucks? The first album is by far better than the second. I've listened to Metallica since Master of Puppets, so I'm not just jumping on any bandwagon! This CD just goes to show that a band canb grow musically and still remember their roots. And to all the morons who say Me tallica has sold out, " Guess what, when a band makes money, they are not selling out. When a band changes their style, they are not selling out, they're trying to be musically diverse and grow into a new sound which noit everyone will like. One more thing, when the band cuts their hair, THEY RE NOT SELLING OUT!!!!! MTID!!!!!(Metallica 'til I die!

 | superstoned420 (0) 01/22/2001 | Metallica is a bunch of scumbag jews with too much money who don't give a crap about their fans. As far as I'm concerned, they suck a** and I would never recommend buying any of their crappy CDs!!

 | Dingo (0) 01/17/2001 | Metallica is one of the biggest rock bands ever. One of hte few groups to earn a diamond album, they are one of the most played rock groups around. Garage Inc. is a double album of some of their covers and older tunes they hadn't released before.

 | Mookie Lost (0) 01/15/2001 | This is by far Metallica's worst album. It consists solely of covers, none of which live up to the originals. Their cover of "Tuesday's Gone" by Lynyrd Skynyrd is a shame and they suceed in ruining the classic rock anthem.

 | Scoot (0) 01/03/2001 | A true tribute to Metallica. The music makes you feel good and get some adrenaline pumping through you. Great at late night. As a Metallica fan I stand for a greatest hits album, which this is. It has all their good old stuff plus a little extra.

 | LdoubleE (0) 11/24/2000 | This album was fair. To me, Metallica lost their edge. Their hard sound was replaced by them selling out.

 | musique174 (0) 11/21/2000 | Decent music, good sound... but the same as every other one of their albums (money grubbing bastards).

 | ctheullman (0) 11/15/2000 | This album is a compilation of all of the garage days albums including the newest covers. The new covers are alright, but the old Motorhead and others are far superior. They're grungier and heavier.

 | wrealone (0) 11/10/2000 | This album was so commercial. They try to bring their old style and mix it with the new light rock trend, and it comes out sounding like crap. They should have retired after the Black album.

 | scraig (0) 11/09/2000 | Not nearly as good as past Metallica albums. This album just doesn't cut it at all. While "I Dissapear" is a fairly good song, the rest of the album pales in comparison to past works. Perhaps the Napster problem with Lars was the clincher.

 | ricerocket (0) 10/31/2000 | This truly represents the demise of Metallica. Nothing like their classic 80's albums or early 90's "Black" album. Seems to boorish. Trying to hit an alternative chord.

 | Beau (0) 10/24/2000 | This CD is great because it allows big time Metallica fans to enjoy some old school Metallica. And what's great about the CD is that real fans can hear the development of the group because the songs sound like certain other CD's. Some songs are similar to "Ride the Lightning" while others resemble "And Justice for All". Metallica Rules!

 | myneopin (0) 10/23/2000 | Metallica, while still a great band and an incredible background, seems to be lacking of effort. Reload was good but not what we had come to expect. I don't mind the music but I would like an original effort.

 | mrsexwax (0) 10/23/2000 | I thought this was a pretty good tape. Also, with the live sound of Metallica you can't go wrong. There's that grinding E again... the sounds make you bang your head and let go of some of your aggression.

 | mott (0) 10/10/2000 | Garage Inc. includes King Diamond hits and two songs that are hard to find unless you have the Garge Days original.

 | gian9112du (0) 07/28/2000 | This album offers you two Metallica's, the old, good band, and the new, crappy, sell out band. The second disc is great, a re-release of the old Metallica cover songs. The first disk is awful, seeing Metallica drudge through a bunch of songs that no self-respecting heavy metal band should play, with the exception of a Misfit's cover song.
