05/31/2006 | 'Discipline' was great but that was largely due to sounding like the excellent early period Talking Heads. Most of the other albums are pretentious bordering on the unlistenable.

03/11/2006 | 3 as A HARD ROCK band, which little of their music outside of things like "Red" and the mighty 21st Century Schizoid Man" was...well, it was sort of a heavy psychedelic / jazz hybrid. Maybe a couple of other things too, but really, they were sometimes pompous, on the other hand they were applicable to about 17 different genres. Not often true hard rock or metal though they were certainly heavy at times..listening to 'Epitaph" right now..

But I would say that, it was my request to put them on the list :P
Crimson have changed a lot over the years but everything they have done has been amazing in its own way. From the "Court of The Crimson King" right up to "Konstruction of Light". Lets hope they keep going for many years to come and maybe someday they will play in Ireland so I can see them play!
