good Movie

Man i watched this movie right before going on a plane and SCREW THAT!!! Now like 6 years later im still afraid of the plains...other then that it was like the kind of movie that the young croud would probably like...I was more impressed with it when i was 12

The only distinction this movie has is the graphic details of the manner in which the people die. Other than that, is mediocre.

This film has a great concept: the Grim Reaper is out to finish off people who "cheated death". (Not an actual hooded reaper but an invisible force). Creative idea, but the movie itself wasn't top notch. It was good, but I found myself thinking about anything but what I was seeing on the screen halfway through. 3 and a half stars

This movie kicked ass! The whole time I was on the edge of my seat. The story was awesome. The writer had a good flow and the concept was perfectly horrific. I love the whole idea of cheating death and the resulting (New) future in which the characters are chased by death in the order they were seated in the plane. If you have never seen this movie, it is definitely worth your time!!!!

Movie was Ok, kind of an interesting plot, but I agree with the horrible acting by the hip stars.

This movie is just plain stupid. Scary? God no! Another teen movie that is designed to get teens scared and shaking in their seats. I might if I had diarrhea.

A rather good,clever flick with loads of action and death.The second one was better but this one is more darker.Since I can't give this movie a 3.5 which I'll like to,I'll give it a 4 rather than a 3 cause its definitly not just a 3.

It's pretty rare for me to really enjoy a movie that's not funny, but I was extremely surprised at how good this movie was. I'm glad my friends talked me into watching it with 'em.

Not to long ago my friends and i "cheated death" but not in the same hollywoodized way as depicted in Final Destination where the victom actually witnesses their demize. But still i thought back to this movie and i was glad that it was... just a movie. I loved the first one and i loved it's sequal. These are awsome movies to watch but a certain croud of people most likely would not enjoy the final destinaton series.

This movie was very good! I loved it. Devon Sawa and Ali Larter totally light up the screen and the beginning segment freaked me out ... I will never fly without thinking of Final Destination again! I absolutely loved it. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted a break from the usual "Scream" mentality of thrillers.

Funniest horror movie I have ever seen. I'm in favor of originality but when someone dies because of muderous toilet water I don't tend to take the movie too seriously. I still can't believe that they made a sequel to the movie with the killer toilet water.

The beginning of this film was great with the plane, but the further the movie progressed, the less I liked it. I really did not think that the ending was the proper closure for the film. There were some suspenseful scenes in the film, but it surely was nothing special. I did like the theory though that death has a "design" for all of us.

This movie is pretty good. Before I seen the sequel (which is spectacular) I thought that the ending was kind of cheesy. But, after the seeing the sequel, I understand why they did it that way. Very good idea and very creative. The shock only happens for a few seconds, but the way the people die is awesome. If you liked this movie you will LOVE the sequel. I had to take off a star because it's not that scary. GO SEE THE SEQUEL.

Highly over rated. While it does deliver it's fair share of campy fun, this is otherwise a BORING movie. Good mention should be made for slaughtering the pretty little blonde girl half way through, with the an out of control city bus...Very Creative!

Whatching this movie will make you say 'What the hec!?"....and not in a good way.....all the way through. The way people were killed off, the "We can only go so far with this" plot, and the messed up ending made you want to shout obsenities at the screen for wasting a good $5 bucks.

This movie really sucked. I don't think it even tried to scare anyone. It's just an excuse to show some ridiculously unbelievable and over-elaborate deaths. The end is what bugged me the most. What a bunch of losers these 'filmmakers' are.

Clever! Final Destination was better than I expected. Where I thought I'd be seeing another movie with some crazed killer wearing a ghost mask or a hook for a hand, Final Destination sets itself apart with an interesting premise. Devon Sawa is one of a handful of teenage students who manages to escape a horrific plane explosion which he envisioned in a dream. However - and this is the twist - death comes back to finish off those who escaped the crash. One by one, each plane crash survivor meets their end in a variety of ways. The tension and anxiety builds as you know who's going to die next but you don't know how. That's what makes Final Destination better than Scream or I Know What You Did Last Summer where each character is killed pretty much in the same way a la knife or hand hook. I definitely recommend you see this movie if you already haven't. As for those who give Final Destination a bad rating, just what the heck were you expecting? Masterpiece Theatre?

Ok, I enjoyed this movie. It was entertaining waiting to see how each kid was going to die and being startled when a teeny bopper got axed out of no where. That is all nice and everything but it does not constitute a great movie. A good idea though. The idea alone puts it above (but not far) the scream and I Know movies.What ever happened to suspense? Shock is nifty but it is momentary. It happens, it's over! Hitchcock, why have you left us(sniffle,sniffle)? I saw this movie a second time and it is really lame on the repeat viewing. See it once and then relish in the after glow. If you see it again you'll end up like me...not necessarily a bad thing.

How can you not like this movie??? THe characters are great. The plot excellent. I mean everyone who was on the movie theater jumped at least once. THe only movie that did that to me was I know waht you did last summer.

How can this film be rated so high on a list of horror flicks?? It was by far one of the cheesiest scary movies that was released recently. Although it's not unbearable to watch, it is more funny than scary cuz it's so damn ridiculous! The only decent scene was when that chick stepped in front of the bus.

Okay heres the thing, the movie itself was entertaing but i won't watch it again. Personally the beginning scene was the best scene of the movie. The subject of the movie was about how he knew death's moves before they happened and he needed to make a plan to stop the killing. Well boys and girls it was a good idea but instead bombed. The movie was just there! I walked out feeling nothing. I'm seriously sick of all these big budget teenager horror movies. I'm sorry but they were over when "I Know What You Did Last Summer" came out.

Pretty freaky and scary movie. Pretty good creative idea around it. Wasn't all that interesting at times, but a bit humorous on how they approached it. So if you want to be entertained but not looking for an out of your seat movie, it's good to pass time with this one and stay entertained.

The only thing I have to say is that I was checking out the order of how me and my friends were sitting in the theatre to see who was sitting before me. It's a mind-boggler and has a cool ending.

This was a great movie which just left me in suspense. It was a well thought out story and it couldn't have had a better ending.

Final Destination made me jump outta' my seat- literally! It keeps you in suspense. When you're watching it, you have to expect the unexpected.

The only reason I say this movie is "OK" is because of the theory. In theory, this is an intense, interesting suspense movie. The premonition and the whole "death's design" theory was interesting. However, the character's were bland (with the exception of that guy from "American Pie" and "Dude, Where's My Car"..he cracks me up for some unknown reason), the acting strained and the ending was so predictable. I will admit that some of the scenes were a bit unexpected..however most were so obvious. Instead of subtly focusing on an object, the director throws it in your face, making the next scene very predictable. I like a little more brain power with my horror movies.

I was very disappointed in this movie. The beginning (with the plane) was intense. It started out as a true 5 star great movie. But from then on my interest in it declined. As the movie progressed my rating for it decreases, it goes from 5 stars to zilch. It was all over dramatized. The ending was dumb, b/c it seemed more comical than it did scary. They were some nice and suprising scenes in the movie, but it's nothing that I would waste my time watching twice.

Final Destination was very, possibly the scariest movie of the year. It seemed very real life, as if it could really hapen-which made the whole premise that much more frightening.

Final Destination is a very fast paced, roller-coaster movie. It doesn't get too lame like most current horror films. It keeps you on your toes and has great special effects. This is a movie strictly to entertain and not think about.

I thought this movie was chilling. For awhile there it made me a little anxious to get on a plane, but that is what tells me that it was a good movie because it had an effect on me. The ending was a little boring and could have been a little more interesting because it just kind of ended bluntly. I would recommend a friend to see this movie.

This is a great movie that makes you feel like you're on a roller coaster. I jumped at every scene because they always popped out with surprises. This is great for people over 13 becasue the story plot is really good. And the thought of the movie is very smart.
