I have bought a plethora of vests from Tello's. I used to wear plaid like 4 years ago, then I switched to shopping at Tello's and have received countless positive remarks about my ensembles. My only complaint is that the selection of bonnets is a little lackluster, the ties fray at the edges, and all of the employees have dead toes.

some people seem to think that shopping at tello's is a terrible thing to go through.Well I would have to probably agree with those customers and I feel bad that they had to go through that but just think if they're hiring these people who are rude to the customers and everyone else what would make you think that the company even cares about the quality of their clothing.I think that the clothes are just as cheap as the help.I say this because when the clerk has to wait on a customer he or she just falls apart at the seams.I would also like to add somthing else put the phone down and spit out the gum.GET OFF YOUR ASS BECAUSE IT'S TIME TO WORK!!! I'm sorry I forgot they don't speak or understand ENGLISH!!! Can't wait to see what my next experience brings if i ever make the mistake of walking in their stores ever again. I thought i'd let people know how i feel.to those that agree with me thanks for reading this for those don't you know what you can do.

If your looking for an outfit for the club that's budget friendly, then Tellos is where you should go. However, ....do not expect those clothes to last! you cannot expect to pay such a low price for good quality clothing........atleast not at Tellos! "you get what you pay for"

I have read alot of bad reviews from people that had a bad experiance, but you can not judge all the stores by the 2 that are named in the reviews. Customer service works both ways. Alot of the customers that go into the stores cant even speak english and get upset and become rude because you cant understand them, and alot of the clothes and shoes are on the floor because the customers let their children destroy the place and when the clothes get dirty and ruined they want a discount. Most of the employees take alot of abuse from the customers. You get what you give. As far as the qaulity of the clothes, some people expect them to last forever........ THEY ARE CLOTHES!! Do they also complain to the grocery store when a box becomes empty, do they want it refilled? What the H____ people get real will you? It all boils down to you cant please some of the people not even some of the time. These girls work hard to make a living so give them alittle credit, they could be sitting home collect... Read more

Tellos in Lawrence was a good place to shop when the manager Orlando was there he was great with people but they have been threw so many managers that I never feel comfortable with all the different rules and you could see all the girls steeling and free bagging for therer friends while the rest of us pay for things.

I agree with all of you. Tellos does not have good customer service, and all they hire is a bunch of trashy girls with nasty attitudes... Any way after all, that's what they hire low class girls, cuz they have cheap ass clothes. I do not buy in this trashy store, but sometimes go by to check what's in there and there is always the same crap... I had to rate one star by obligation, in order to submit, but indeed its zero.

I've worked in customer service for a while now, and my god. This store is desperately in need of a good ass whoopin'. A week after reading these posts, I happened to pass by a Tellos in Cambridge and decided to venture in to see just how atrocious the experience really was. Dear Lord employees, note to self: GET OFF YOUR CELL PHONES! You know how easy it would be to shoplift in that store? Nobody's paying attention! Interested in an item that was high up on the wall, I went over to the nearest employee and asked for some assistance. She pretty much gave me a look like, "Yeah? why you asking me? I just work here." Another note to self employees: You're not in the store to stand there and look pretty. Get off your ass and help some customers, or else you wont have any customers left. With three customers in the store, I stood at the register for about 15 minutes waiting for the nearest employee who was, needless to say, garrulously chattering away a mile a minute on her hands free mobil... i go to the tellos in lawrence mass and the associates there are very rude. i waited in line for over 20 minutes because they are to busy talking with one another as they are ringing out customers also i arrived at the store around 8 pm and my mother and i wanted to try clothes on and the associate would not let us in the dressingroom she said they were closed. its happened three times. what kind of customer service is that. the store does not close until 9 pm. also i think some of the girls that work there dress very trashy. they have their chests hanging out, tight pants on that are so low you can see their thongs. thats so gross.

thats cause both of you are dumb, your credit card number could be stolen anywhere you go and obv your clothes are going to shrink if you dry them on high.. thats why u dry them on low. also, those stretchy jeans you were talking about, yeah that's the style now. so stop being so uptight.

Tello's sell really cute clothes when you see them in the store, but take it home wear and then wash it, you will be pulling out threads of a size 3t Toddler!cheap!hell They sell bootleg wanna be styles. I saw the other day a really ugly bootleg "ECKO" suit in the window but spelled "EKCO" and instead of a rhino(the authentic mark) they had a elephant, who the hell would walk around with that!?...lol The purses might as well be made of paper! some of the jeans look like jeans but when you feel them they feel so thin its like stretch pants. Don't let me get started on the employees who are a bunch of young girls who do nothing but talk and dance to that loud ass music they play instead of helping customers. And when they are helping you, they have a huge aditude! The Jamaica Plain location is so Trashy it's ridiculous! The store is so so tight while you are walking around you are knocking down racks! There is clothes on the floor and shoes. The cambridge location is even worse! I went th... Read more
